I bought a samsung memory card 16gb two pieces but one of them are not working and customer care number are givin on site are also wrong please help me and give justice . how online companies can do like this.

Which advertise on facebook before 4-5 days that samsung 32 gb memory card class -10 at @ 249 + 100 rupees shipping charge
I booked 1pc when i received and come to my sit and open it for checking that piece were already broke down
Then i think to contact for replacement but the both number which it provide were switched off always.

Please try to undersatand and help...

Sir I purchase a memory card from bookthecart.com on 1-4-2016 order number is[protected] but after delivery when I checked the card it is defective when I connected it with my PC then Im unable to copy anything in it .after that I contact to their customer care and they said send us an email with all information and they said I will received refund in 48 hours but almost a week has been passed but I still didn't get refund .every time...

Sir i ordered memory card from bookthecart.com when i received the parcel and opened it but there was no memory card in it i was shocked i had complaint this to them but there is no reply from them so i want you take action against them. And when i call to the customercare mobile there is no response .How such online services are doing this i m very angry on this behaviour of such websites...

My order i'd -[protected]... N i didn't get... The thing i purchased.. I received 32 gb memory cards... N they are not samsung evo... As i purchased.. Samsung evo 32 gb... And samsung evo 64 gb.. Even contact no. They provided on their website are not working... And they doesn't replying on their mails too.. Memory card are not that... Which i have purchased... Sir u should surely check about this website... As there were lots of complaint...

As per the i show on net 'samsung 16 gb micro sd card class 10: samsung-16gb' .. I want to return my order and refund me as soon as possible so please refund me. Please reply me as soon as possible.
