Booking.com — Taxi didnt arrive

The driver pre booked and paid for through booking.com to pick me up on arrival did not show up until 1 hour after my arrival.
By this time i was already20 minutes into my journey by a taxi i got in the taxi rank.
Now i am trying to get reinburst for the cost of the taxi i used because of the no show taxi driver booked and paid for though booking.com
