BookMyBai — Paid money for shortlisting maids which was refundable if not booked from them, but they did not refunded!!

This company is conning people, i saw many bad reviews about this company after getting fooled by them. I have registered on this app in search of nany for my baby, they have written in red block letters to pay inr 1000 rupees even for shortlisting maids which is fully refundable if you dont go ahead with them!! I have paid that amount and did not find a good match so i asked the assistant mehul to return my money, they keep on delaying by saying, will initiate tomorrow. Likewise they stopped receiving calls. I want my money back, please help to sue this company who is fooling people.
