I hired a full time nanny for my 9 months old baby girl as I an a defence personnel and have very stringent job requirements but Very bad experience with the nanny named Seema Ganesh Page. Initially she was at her best of behaviour and obedient. Though i hired for cooking and baby care, I used her exclusively for baby care only and with just the half load of job she used to make my baby sleep all day as she could sleep along with her, feed baby less food so as to save on all the hard work coz of which my girl started loosing weight and that's how I got suspicious. Also on giving same instructions multiple times she never followed as she wanted to handle my baby as per her wish. What she told me is her previous employers left their kid solely with her, now being the maid she wanted us to do the same ridiculously! She had her own small set of servent qtr but wanted a AC room and co sleep with my baby, used to sit in balcony under hot sun with my baby so as to watch serial on fone as inside i had security cams installed in all rooms! All in all a very very traumatic experience with the maid.
But yes BookMyBai team was professional specially Mehul and Vaishnavi and credit to them for handling well.
