I have order a Samsung poeerbank but order box I have open I see a mi powerbank local... Not doing work... And call customer support.. But not receive call

i ordred one power bank one week ago. when i got product, i am realy disappointed. as a name of samsung power bank is fake. i purchased lot of thinks through online this is first time fake product through "bookmyoffer"
