As per mentioned above subject, i had ordered samsung power bank 16800 mah with led light ( just rs 599 only). Your dealer has send me mi company's power bank 20400 mah.

I don't have required of mi product, i have ordered samsung power bank 16800 mah with led light and i want the same.

We request you to change my product within 8 days.

Today I have received one power bank from BookMyOffer.com

This is very very poor product quality. I ordered 16800 mAh power bank but received only 15000 mAh capacity.It's a duplicate product & built quality is very disappointed. No response from helpline.

As the order is received to couriers on 10.03.2016 with docket no. Unibmoc152477, however the said order was delivered to me on 12.03.2016 by paying rs. 748/-. When i opened the said parcel, i have not found my ordered product, as they send me xiaomi power bank 20800mah. When i called their customer care no. [protected] but did not get my calls. However it is the said book my order company cheated with me sending wrong product... Please do needful in the above said situation...
