    Hello,

    Greetings of the day.

    Have ordered one ray ban aviator on 26.01.2016 with order number [protected].

    Product ordered :- ray ban aviator black with golden frame also it should have been polaroid (Attached image of product ordered name as [protected]-product ordered).

    Product delivered :- dark green glasses and dark colored frame with fake ray ban paint without p

    Today have received item at my home address, unfortunately i was not at home my family members collected the product which was already in bad shape and paid the money to delivery person.

    When i reached home and open the parcel found that product delivered to me is not what i have requested. And on top of that on site its shown original product sold only but fact is that its not original neither close to original.

    Glass was printed with ray ban but with paint which was washed out a little already.

    Hence request you to initiate return of product and refund of 848 rs.

    Had already sent mail to there customer care on sat 1/30/2016 4:59 pm but no reply.

    This is the worst site I have ever dealt with I Ordered for 16400 Mah Power bank of Samsung they delivered me Some MI Company of Power bank written 20600 Mah but exactly its not even 100Mah total fraud they are doing their Complaint Number is also Fake no response comes any time if you call ...please please dont ever go with this site.
    And as per rating is Concern then i would like to Give Minus stars..

                      i sent a mail to the support group of bookmyoffer team on 03 mar 2016 as they are not picking up their customer care team. i received the item on 02 march by gojavas tracking no UNIBMOC146649.i got a reply from support team of bookmyoffer team that problem will solved within 48 hrs.Till today nobody contacted nor done reverse pickup.
                      By searching about this company in internet, it is found many people are victim of this company.

                        I had ordered a intex power bank from saturday sunday media internet pvt ltd, that is www.bookmyoffer.com. The prodcut was delivered to me on 16 march 2016 and i found the product was defected. I tried calling on the call centre number but no body responded to the calls. I sent mail to their email id on same day [protected]@bookmyoffer.com. On 17 march 2016 i called up again but nobody responded. The company is doing fraudlent to the customer, better take action immediately on this company. My order no.Unibmoc159407. I have paid rs. 748/- by cash at the time of delivery. Kindly help getting back the good product or money prasad

                        I am calling daily still, but nobody pickups the phone. Strict action should be taken on this company. I do not understand still how this company is surving by selling the prodcut through there website by cheating the customers.

                            In addition to my previous complaints, the company called me and asked for my a/c no. in some banks. As I don't have a/c in those banks, I somehow arranged an a/c to get back my payment. Then I called back to company and asked how to give them the a/c no. The representative from company's side told me to mail the a/c no. and name of a/c holder to [protected]@bookmyoffer.com and asked to notify him after the mail. I send the mail already but when I tried to call back then the no. was switched off. Also just after sending the mail, I got a mail back from google. I didn't understand what they said. What do I do?

                            I attached all the screenshots of the mail I send and Received from google.
