I like to share my experience with you, please dont share your any bank details to anybody, in my case, person form book my offer demanding to change my credit card password and and asking me OTP no, as you all know sharing any bank details and OTP was strictly prohibited. so now I am going to file complaint if any one interested to file the same they can call me.

Just 2 hours before i raise complaint against bookmyoffer related to fake power supplied to me. Immediately i got a cll from customer care person and he was asking me my Bank details, DOB, credit card detail, CVV no, he was telling me to change Cr/Dr card password and he was forcing me change password as per his instruction.

Hello

I ordered JBL T200A with mic earphones(order number: [protected]) but received a complete fake product. It reeks fake as soon as I opened the box -
1) Warranty card is missing
2) Seemed like a opened box
3) Back of the earpiece should be slight circular and has JBL branding but both are missing
4) Sound quality is really poor.

I had the same earphones before and these once are fake in all sense of the word.
I already registered a complaint but have not received a response yet.

i paid cash against delivery
as i shock that instead of sunglasses i received pair of socks and that happen in frount of couried guy who delivered that package to me

I have purchased a Ray Ban goggle from book my offer. The product I received is fake. They had shown a real picture with golden frame while ordering, but when I received it, its fake black frame. Frame is scratched and damaged.
They had shown Rs 5999 as the MRP, and took Rs 848. It looks like its worth Max Rs 100.
I need to return the product and refund I want a genuine product or else I want my cash back. I want a resolution at the earliest.
.i sent my complain to co. but they responding as cheating way n ignore my complain
