My name is Gaurav Jain and from Meerut
I wanted to book 3 tickets for 7th may for Doctor Strange: In The Multiverse Of Madness. but i book ticket by mistake for today 6th may for 1.45 noon, even ticket was booked at 1.56 noon, after show start
I message to your live chat within 1 minute but even there was no response, they never reply, there was no response till 21 minute

I called your customer support in 2 minutes but they simply said sorry. i requested them alot but they even did not care and keep saying sorry and sorry
i did by mistake, i accept but even i called within 2 minutes of paying amount but they even did not show humanity
They could check if the ticket was scanned for entry in movie hall, i[censored] see person never used the ticket and called within 2 minutes then u guys must help them
My ticket id is WLZ4TXM, I request a refund of my money. or book my ticket for tomorrow 1.45 show
Kindly help me, i book ticket by mistake for today
You guys must check if they person enter in movie hall using this ticket or not, if he is calling within 1 minute after mistake then you must help him but even none is ready to listine
I am very sad with bookmyshow support, i request you to show some human courtesy and refund my money for my wrong ticket booking

I also confirmed with wave cinema and they told me that ticket can not be booked after show start . The show time was 1.45pm but bookmyshow booked ticket for me 1.56pm.
How they can book soneone ticket after showtime even its not allowed by Wave Cinema rules
Its 3rd day, there is no response here or not even on my Gmail. even now following msg is coming
