I was trying to book KGF 2 movie ticket at 11:57 am on 30th April and I paid the amount and yet book my show showed transaction cancelled.
Therefore my money is debited from my account(I have checked it in my m passbook) and I didn't got the movie ticket....

On 15th April I tried booking KGF 2 tickets and paid ₹1240.48 through UPI but the booking was shown cancelled even though the money was charged. The website stated that I'll get my refund within 5-7 working days but still I haven't recieved my refund amount yet. I've tried to connect with the customer support of bookmyshow but still the amount haven't been refunded. They said that they haven't recieved the amount and to check with the bank....
Booked a ticket on 9th April for Morning show i.e., 10:30 AM. And cinema didn't play the movie due to technical issues.
