    I have not been refunded for a show that was cancelled due to incomplete filling of people for the movie . I have not been informed or nothing of sorts like an email or sms has been sent for the initiation of a refund. My booking ID was - WNFG6FN. Please look into the matter.

      I have not been refunded for the cancelled show which was cancelled due to the customers being less than 20 in number .I have not been given any justification yet .My booking ID was - WNFG6FN .please look into the matter.

        I did the booking at the same day of concert.
        The concert was cancelled.
        When I spoke to the customer care, they said the venue was changed,
        But I did not receive any update from them.
        I am repeatedly asking for the refund, but they are giving useless reasons.
        Please help me, I am badly stuck.

          I have tried to book a ticket on BookMyShow through big browser. The amount has been deducted from my account and it said the the ticket has been booked. I just go through the FAQ document and understood that the failed transaction amount will be refunded back to the customer. So I was waiting. But still it has not been refunded. When I created a ticket with BookMyShow [13129292], they told that they didn't get the amount and asked me to check the source.

          When I checked the bank transaction, the amount has been deducted for the bookmy show. Please help me to get the refund from the bookmyshow site.

            This is for the inconvenience i have during booking ticket from book my show i paid them for two tickets and money got deducted but i was not granted ticket and any sort of booking and so i have to pay again for ticket then i got booking so, please grant me refund for previous transaction in which I wasn’t granted ticket. Below is attached screenshots of both transactions and latter transactions.

              I had booked 3 tickets for an 8:50 am show of Thor: Love and Thunder at IMAX Wadala, Mumbai on 8th July 2022. The show was cancelled without prior notice and I was told refund would be processed within 5-7 days. It's been more than 10 days and there's no sign of refund. Customer care responds by saying the cinema has not informed and the cinema says ticket provider will refund. Please help.

                    I booked my ticket around 10:30 pm on July 4th for Jujutsu kaisen 1:40 pm July 5th show. The amount of 1294 rupees has been deducted (after applying a gift card of 250) has been deducted from my bank account but it's showing the tickets haven't been booked.

                        Booked 7 tickets for Kehvatlal Parivar movie for the the show in via bookmyshow on 08.05.2022 for Rs.1998.54/- by mobikwik upi. Amount got debited from the account. This failed transaction amount is not credited back into my account.
                        I request you to take necessary action for the refund of the failed transaction amount.

                              Due to technical difficulties my transaction was failed but amount got deducted from my union Bank account.hence there were no sms regarding confirmation of tickets received.I applied for fresh booking and transaction was successful.I need to get back refund of earlier transaction which got amount deducted.

                                  On 9th June 2022 I had booked a movie vikram in bookmyshow app and the amount has been deducted but the tickets were not booked 1st time and i made the booking for the second time and it was successful but the amount deducted for the 1st transaction has not been refunded till now it has been more than 7 days and I also spoke with my bank and they said that the amount has been credited to the merchant account and they said you merchat is the one who has to make the refund and bookmyshow is saying they didn't receive the amount

                                    On June 12 I booked tickets from book my show and the amount debited from my account but bookmyshow showed transaction timed out... Amount has been debited from my account... And the tickets r not booked
