    Hi,

    I am Niloffer Muneer. I booked 1 ticket for Top Gun 2 Movie using BookMyShow.com for PVR Cinema, Lulu Kochi, for 1:55PM show for date 31st May 2022 using UPI.
    After selecting seats and entering the UPI ID. The transaction was intitated using UPI and was successful. Also got a message that the amount has been debited. But there was no message showing transaction successful in bookmyshow.com.
    An amount of Rs 457.82 was debited.
    This transaction was done 20:17 PM on 29th May 2022.
    I waited for around 20-25 minutes, but i didn't receive any sms or e-mail from book my show for confirmation of tickets but i did receive sms from citibank for deduction of money.

    I kindly request a refund of Rs 457.82/- from bookmyshow.com

      I was booking tickets from book my show ..my money is deducted from my account through google pay transaction...but tickets are not get booked ...its showing as the request is canceled by the user on book my show ...but i haven't received any refund yet.

        HELLO THERE PLEASE REFUND MY COUPON CODE BACK AS THE MOVIE SHOW GOT CANCELLED

        jersey show was cancelled on 27th april since then i have been following up with bookmyshow people not refunding nor replying to emails now
        when ever i call they say will refund with in 24 hours or will get update in 24 hours and its been going on since last 3 weeks

              Hi there. I had booked a ticket for the movie Tarafa at Asha square Ahmednagar on 9 May 2022 . It was the 12:00pm show and for not sufficient people reasons it got cancelled. But i've still not got any refund. I paid 168.70 rs for a show i did not even watch! Another thing.. Your service is pathetic. Your number never gets through and you freaking charge for every call? Looks like all your'll wanna do is rob the customers in every way possible! I'm hoping i get a steady response on this. And if not... Rest assured i will take u to court! Because your'll are no one to rob peoples money for shows that didn't even happen!

                    I had ordered 4 tickets for the IPL match scheduled on 19th may . The delivery status showed delivered today at 08:10 am but I didn't receive the tickets. Blue dart shows delivered and there is no customer support answering. It's pathetic that no body from BMS i resolving the issue

                        I booked 2 tickets for doctor strange multiverse of madness on 2 may. Amount of 577 was debited from my account but neither confirmation nor tickets were being reflected under purchase history. The live chat responds with the same message to check the purchase history. I had to book new tickets for the next day and now i want a refund

                          It's on May 06 2022 Friday I booked tickets through Bookmyshow app. The show got cancelled in the midway. The only option I had was to simply wait for my money to get refunded. As per BookMyshow policy I waited for 2 hours. I still gave them time and waited for 1 day and checked my account. No amount was credited to my account.

                          I tried contacting Bookmyshow many times. Don't ever say you have live chat facility. I waited for hours for a reply and nothing came as reply. No response at all.
                          Haven't yet received any feedback from yours.
                          Since the tickets booked, It's been more than a 3 days. It's disgusting.

                            I called your customer support in 2 minutes but they simply said sorry. i requested them alot but they even did not care and keep saying sorry and sorry

                            i did by mistake, i accept but even i called within 2 minutes of paying amount but they even did not show humanity

                            They could check if the ticket was scanned for entry in movie hall, i[censored] see person never used the ticket and called within 2 minutes then u guys must help them

                            My ticket id is WLZ4TXM, i request to refund my money. or book my ticket for tomorrow 1.45 show

                            I also confirmed with wave cinema and they told me that ticket can not be booked after show start . The show time was 1.45pm but bookmyshow booked ticket for me 1.56pm.

                            How they can book soneone ticket after showtime even its not allowed by Wave Cinema rules

                            Its 3rd day, there is no response here or not even on my Gmail. even now following msg is coming

                              I have raised a complaint...but they Not taken any action..they support fraud cinema's
                              Show cancelled by cinema hall but refund not initiated
                              I had booked ticket at IMP Big Screen 2K 3D Dolby for KGF2 at 9:30pm Booking ID IMPM[protected] but when i reached there, they told me they showing BEAST movie on 9:30pm also they cancelled my booking.On contacting bookmyshow customercare they not giving any updates on my Refund...not received any refund sms/call from book my show. It is highly irresponsible attitude from them as I have not been...MONEY WASTE TIME WASTE...i need my money back

                                I tried booking 5 tickets for KGF 2 on 5th of May and the total amount was ₹1443.80. The amount was debited from my account but i did not receive any confirmation or tickets and nor does it show on the purchase history section. I tried calling and contacting the customer service but they fail to provide any satisfactory answer. This is highly inconvenient as the money was pooled by my friends and now i have no tickets for the movie and have lost all their money. Please resolve this issue and i will be highly grateful.

                                  Yesterday[protected] I tried to book 2 Tickes for Dr Strange Multiverse of Madness via bookmyshow app at 12:15 PM and the payment is done through Amazon pay UPI. The amount deducted from my bank account but the transaction failed. I want a refund as soon as possible

                                      Customer Service

                                      I booked 6 tickets for a movie for the wrong date and time. I called the customer care, the customer service took around 40 mins to pick answer my query and till then the call was on queue. I waited for 40 minutes just to understand that my ticket will not be cancelled or modified to a different date. When I enquired about the wait time, she said it is because of some holiday and they were not able to answer the call. It's just [censored]!!...
