I was trying to book move tickets from bookmyshow platform.
At the time of payment process
I've done my payment process through Google pay and I received a message that money debited and after few moments, the page is showing like process failed.
Then I opened Google pay and it is showing like payment request is expired.
Please solve this issue and kindly send my money back.

    I have been trying to contact bookmyshow many times but no one replies and the conversation automatically closes
    An if try to call they put it in hold..
    I booked tickets of imagica on 15th august 2021 which is valid for a year but can't gmfind it in historyi need a duplicate copy of the ticket

      Movie theater location change

      Hi,

      I've booked 5 tickets for RRR movie for Sunday (27/03/2022) morning 10.30AM show in Venkateswara theater, KR pur am, Bangalore. But actual location I need to book was Venkateswara theatre, Kengeri, Bangalore. I mistakenly booked in wrong location. Can you please do the needful to change the location of those tickets to Venkateswara theatre, Kengeri, Bangalore . Ticket details provided below

      Hi Team, I have booked my ticket for RRR movie today dating 26 March 2022 @1:07pm however money is deducted through net banking and the tickets are cancelled... If money is deducted why you guys have cancelled the ticket you could have continued the transaction... And if not you should refund the amount as soon as possible... What are you guys gonna do by keeping our money for 5-7 working days. As per your refund policy its a lot of time...Refund the money as soon as possible...

          Yesterday at 1:00 am a transaction have been made through my amazonpay Balance of 2983 rupees of bookmyshow movie tickets which is a false transaction as no one has my account and neither the transaction is done by me and also @bookmyshow was never Authorized with my @amazonpay account. I have both the transaction P[protected] and bookmyshow booking ids[protected]. Please have a look on this fake transaction and stop it as early as possible #bookmyshow #amazonpay

                        Today on 19/03/2022 I booked 4 tickets for the 03:00 p.m. show of the " The Kashmir Files" at Shri Ram cinema, Shivpuri, M. P.
                        It had been the worst movie experience, I have ever had.

                        * As we reached at our allotted seats we found empty cold drinks tetra pack, popcorns pack, etc. at our seats.The conditions of seats were worst. There was no back support of my chair "B7".No cleaning was done before the new show.

                        *Despite of such a hot weather for the first 45 to 60 min, no. AC had been switched on. We faced a suffocated surrounding.

                        * The last 10 minutes climax was not shown & lights were on & show was off.
                        If we are paying all the amount for ticket then in return what we are getting!!!

                        * Movie got "A" Certificate, but all the kids from 3 yrs to 17 years of age were watching movie, sitting in theater. Such types of parents should not be allowed by managing team of Cinema Hall.

                        * I request the authorised officials to take strict actions against the Manager of Shri Ram Cinema Hall, Shivpuri, M. P.

                          I had booked 2 tickets for Batman 6:00 pm show at PVR for Friday ( 18th March 2022). At the time of booking tickets cancellation policy was available.
                          But today when I am trying to cancel my tickets they are showing me error.
                          The support center is also not giving me any reply.

                            Hi,

                            I have booked 3 tickets for a comedy show in Bangalore and the transaction was cancelled immediately due to technical issue.

                            The book my show app was showing refund will be credited in next 2-5 days. However even after 2 weeks I have not reverse amount.

                            Tried to contact the customer support several times but there was no response.

                              I had paid for 3 tickets on 6th of March for the movie 'The Batman'. ( scheduled for 7th March 2.25pm). The money was deducted from my bank through Google pay, but the transaction failed to process from bookmyshow's end due to server issues. It's already been 10 days and I still haven't got my refund yet. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

                                I tried to book tickets. For the first time transaction got cancelled. money didn't get debited.

                                But for the second time, money got debited and transaction got cancelled. And tickets didn't get booked.

                                    Please find booking confirmation details but in theatre they didn't allowed by saying bad transaction ticket. At least refund our tickets amount. We had a bad experience becouse of bookmyshow.
