I had booked tickets on 23th Feb. Payment was failed. Tickets were not booked. I called your customer care number i had informed this, they told within 24-48 hours, your amount will be refund. I was waiting later on 26th feb again i call them to inform still i didnt receive any payment from you. They told me to wait within 4-5days amount will be refund. And again its 2nd march im trying to call your customer care they are not picking the call, It shows waiting. Whats the solution for this? Customer Care not giving proper response they are just telling me to wait. How may days i want to wait. Already 1 week gone.

    Money debited from my account without any permission.I’ll booked an tickets before almost 5 days and I’ll payed it and watched that movie. But again same amount debited without any permission, please anybody help me.

        Hi my name is Javed Shaikh and I have made online booking for movie tickets for my anniversary, in human error i selected the incorrect location which almost 60 kilometres from my location, and i paid it online for the amount 305 rupees. I immediately contacted customer care executive of book my show to cancel or modify the address, but i was told that its not the policy of theatre.

        As a customer of booky show it is the responsibility of booky show to resolve this type of error made in as a human error which was reported immediately even the show time was late night. Which give ample of time to resolve. But no help, its my hard earned money which was paid by my credit card and would request for a refund for the same, i will not be able to travel soo far with my wife to a different place altogether.

        Please refund money asap

            Hi, I actually booked 4 tickets for a movie and the money got deducted but later it shows that there isn’t any ticket. I really want that money to book tickets cause that’s the only money which is left for me it’s been more than 8 hours I still didn’t receive refund please help

              Ticket booking closed or error

              When I try to book tickets for new movie... always shows closed...as they opened in few minutes...if they distribute properly... everybody get tickets...thye think we are fools... 😡...

                  My concern was acknowledged 7 months back and I was able to get my claim approved within 2-3 days of lodging complaint, wherein bookmyshow duly mentioned "please share your NEFT details so that we can process the refund" which have been given the same day only..

                  After a long period of 7 months, no refund has been received.

                      I had booked Cruise from Book My Show via Booking ID - BEGG017KH63NQE.
                      I reside in Delhi. Cruise was to depart from Mumbai to Goa on 13th Nov 2021, but got postpone to 22nd Jan 2022 just 3-4 days before 13th Nov.
                      I cannot make it to 22nd Jan dates so I asked them to refund my amt. of Rs. 56288.32/-. The customer care does not pick up calls and I have put mails to [protected]@bookmyshow.com, [protected]@bookmyshow.com, [protected]@bookmyshow.co, [protected]@bookmyshow.com, sunburn.[protected]@bookmyshow.com. But they only reply with we are looking into it and then nothing happens .
                      I would like to take a legal route against them, being such a company bookmyshow is playing with my money.

                      I had also given my last mail to Book my show stating that if my money will not be refunded I will take legal route.
                      But they are not serious against that also.

                        I had purchased 2 tickets for a movie on 20th January 2022 but i didn't receive an SMS or email regarding the confirmation and no customer support is responding to my complaints.
                        I need the refund of ₹245, as the amount is already debited from my account.

                          I tried to book 6 tickets yesterday from bms but at the time transaction was processing so bms page went out due to time out and i thought the payment would be cancelled but when i check it now i see that money has been debited but no confirmation or no ticket is issued so please refund my money

                            I was booking tickets for a movie, for 5 persons i selected payment option to be upi id and i entered the UPI ID and i got a payment request in my phone pe i paid the amount and went back to the site, i didnt recieve any tickets or no further actions were taken . and this happened twice

                                  I booked a ticket on bookmyshow for shyam singha roy as on 4th jan 2022 and the amount deducted and ticket also confirmed first. But, after sometime I opened boomyshow application to check the seats and cannot able to see the ticket and it is showing no recent bookings.

                                  Amount is not refunded too and the seats appear to be blocked on bookmyshow for which I have booked.

                                  I need tickets confirms ASAP since I only have couple of hours to attend cinema.

                                    Today on 03/01/2022 we booked 3 tickets for movie tonic (bengali) in jayanti cinema hall barrackpore booking ID JYKL000JQQQJN6. from bookmyshow app. but as per wb govt covid protocol the cinema hall was closed for the show 8:15pm. Then why the app book my tickets for show 8:15pm Today morning. On the contrary the app says you witching the movie. Please refund my money or do needful.
