I tried booking the show for Sunday 10th April 22 and then what happened was ticket got booked however the ticket booked and how they are saying no to refund this is pathetic company the history of customer does say that it's has never happened in past why would and educated customer choose wrong date? I asked for logs but they are providing logs for the same.

    I have booked 3 movie tickets (Telugu Movie RRR) on 08th April 2022 at 2.20 pm (approximately) for the next day's show in Hyderabad. I got an error screenshot after the first booking which I can share later for reference. Since I have not received any confirmation of the tickets, I end up booking again (3 more tickets).
    I have reached their email support team and they reluctantly say we can't cancel the tickets instead, you can share these tickets with your family members. I have also talked to their support team and shared all the required details but even then they didn't assure me of any confirmation of the refund of the tickets. I am ending up on the losing side due to their technical fault.

    Please help me in this regard.

      ..I booked 3 tickets for a movie show that was last night but the cinema did not run the show as there were not enough people to watch. How do I get a refund now? Also, the bookmyshow customer care service is completely useless. No responds to any texts or calls whatsoever. I advise you to fix this issue and make sure that the refund is processed back to me ASAP...as I'm not willing to pay for a show I didn't watch!

        Amount of Rs 6424 is deducted from my account but the tickets were not booked from rupay debit card. I need to have my tickets book to earliest or return the money

          My booking id 1) WXQX7JQ and 2) WNK438H was cancelled by cinema on april 1st.But still now i doesn't receive any refund confirmation email or sms from bookmyshow. Kindly do the needful asap.Also no active customer support.No contact number provided.Bookmyshow chat facility is the slowest not live one.This gross violation of law under consumer protections act.
          Even when i submitted contact form no use.
          Even after 4 days, for the show that was cancelled by the theater i still doesn't receive a single info about my refund.I tried many ways to contact but no response.

            Theater has not provided the food as they haven't received the message regarding the food combo, would like to get refund for it or please do provide the food combo.

                Have faced a lot of issue finding seats. There is no row number given along with the seat numbers. Have called the customer care and they gave the wrong row number. It was very irritating.
                This small printing mistake cost us lot of time waste and it took lot of efforts to find the right seats and additionally it made our movie experience very bad.

                    On 19th March 2022, I booked 4 tickets via bookmyshow however due to technical error on their website I got an error that tickets can't be booked due to technical issue / high traffic however my money got deducted of INR 707

                    After chasing them continuously from last 1 week via email they are unable to refund my amount and denying about the error on their website.

                    Request you to please look into this matter and help me to get my money back.

                      Hello I had booked 2 tickets on 21/03/22 for the movie RRR for Sunday 27/3/22 in hari hara talkies jammikunta the theatre had only permission for the show the cinema on release day it self (25/03/22) but my tickets was confirmed through bookmyshow on Sunday(27/03/22) but there is no show on tha patricular theatre on Sunday but why My ticket confirmed by bms there no shown on that day so please refund my amount soon by the cancellation process there are taking the half of the ticket price for none of my fault and they had the poor customer service they did not respond it all this is so bad for bms

                        I was trying to book move tickets from bookmyshow platform.
                        At the time of payment process
                        I've done my payment process through Google pay and I received a message that money debited and after few moments, the page is showing like process failed.
                        Then I opened Google pay and it is showing like payment request is expired.
                        Please solve this issue and kindly send my money back.

                          An if try to call they put it in hold..
                          I booked tickets of imagica on 15th august 2021 which is valid for a year but can't gmfind it in historyi need a duplicate copy of the ticket

                            Hi Team, I have booked my ticket for RRR movie today dating 26 March 2022 @1:07pm however money is deducted through net banking and the tickets are cancelled... If money is deducted why you guys have cancelled the ticket you could have continued the transaction... And if not you should refund the amount as soon as possible... What are you guys gonna do by keeping our money for 5-7 working days. As per your refund policy its a lot of time...Refund the money as soon as possible...

                                Yesterday at 1:00 am a transaction have been made through my amazonpay Balance of 2983 rupees of bookmyshow movie tickets which is a false transaction as no one has my account and neither the transaction is done by me and also @bookmyshow was never Authorized with my @amazonpay account. I have both the transaction P[protected] and bookmyshow booking ids[protected]. Please have a look on this fake transaction and stop it as early as possible #bookmyshow #amazonpay
