Movie tickets are in block for pushpa movie

I booked movie tickets of 'spider no way home' from bookmyshow on 13th of december, 2021 and paid from SBI NetBanking.
Amount is deducted and transaction is success from SBI NETBANKING, but bms shown me transaction time out and ticket was not booked.
Please help me to resolve this issue and help to get back my money in SBI NetBanking.

I have booked the ticket from bookmyshow app. The show did not run on that day because of less audience. Its been more than 10 days I have not got my refund. The show was on 29 nov, 2021 at IP Sigra . Timing:10:15 am, Movie:Antim:The final truth.My booking id was WHTJCB 9.

We booked our ticket for marakkar movie on December 4th, 9.30 at pvr, empress mall, Nagpur .Dur to some technical issues they cancelled the show and we did not received our refund yet .Please do the needful as soon as possible

I tried booking tickets and first time transaction failed but money got debited. Second time it got confirmed and tickets were booked. Money got debited twice from my account. Please resolve this. Google pay says money has not been debited but I have the transaction Id.

I brought the movie 'Dune' on Bookmyshow Streaming platform, they took the money, but the Stream is coming as an error. I called them and chatted with them many times but no response. They either need to refund my money or fix the issue, they are not doing both.

Hello sir, myself kalyan, i have recently booked 2 tickets for akanda movie via book my show app. I proceeded to pay for the same with gpay but it was unsuccessful and got a message from book my show that payment was failed. So then i paid with my phonepe and booking was successful. Immediately after this, my first payment went successful too and my amount got deducted again. This is how my money got debited twice for the same tickets. I kindly request you to refund my money. Thank you.

I was booked a ticket for "jai bhajarangi" movie on[protected]
but the show was cancelled at theatre as per schedule

as per the instructions they need refund my amount in 7 to 10 days '
but the amount was still not credited in my account from last 40 days

and there is no proper way to proceed to raise a complaint about my issue in book my show

This is my worst experience with Book My Show Web site on (1stDec, 2021). I have booked 3 tickets for MARAKKAR 2D movie for Dec 4th. My 463 rupees money was deducted from SBI bank account, but no tickets were booked

I am trying to call them on the number[protected]their contact number), but that number is not working. I have send an email to their customer support, but did not received any reply. My whole day was gone trying to contact them.

I want my money back. I want to legally proceed against them for the inconvenience caused to me.

I had booked a movie ticket for 5 members for 21st November, 2021 which got cancelled by the Cinema due to less audience. I still have not got a refund as I write this complaint, which is more that 7 days. They have already exceeded the estimated days for processing the refund which they claim to be 5 to 7 days.

Today i booked my seats by mistake i need to change my seat in to middle seats thanku...

I'm not refunded yet it's being more than 15 days no conservation worst experience

While i am booking movie tickets. Tickets not booked and money debited from my account. In book my show app showing refund initiated and money will refund in 7 to 10 days. Its been more than 20 days my money not refunded. Book my show not resolving my issue.

Yes people believe BookMyShow to be the to-go place to book tickets for all kinds of entertainment events. It was so for me until recently I faced a weird situation. I had booked a show with BookMyShow and while booking the tickets the location for the show was VimanNagar and I booked. I also received a conformation for it about the reservation. To my disappointment when I reached the venue, I was told that the show is happening at some other branch of the same chain. Of course I missed the show because I wasn't informed about the location #misleading. This incident happened like 3 months back. And ever since I have been speaking to the customer care which in itself is a torture as it takes an hour to connect with them. Baring the loss for the which happened because BookMyShow not mention the exact location on Whatsapp, it's pathetic that it does not even have a proper system in place to address customer issues. It's no more about the show but the way they fool people. #poorcustomerservice

BMS has not refunded my money for postponed Gaurav Kapoor show that was supposed to happen on 20th Nov, 2021 I opted for refund as I will be in another city on re scheduled date I.e. on 3rd of Dec 2021. I have tried every possible way to contact them but they are not picking up my phone and give a standard answer on their chat box (to go to purchase history and cancel the ticket but they have not updated the date in their site)

I have not received my refund amount after my show got cancelled. its been a month by now. They are not lifting my calls too.

Today I was booked my ticket from book my show and amount was deducted from my phonepe UPI but ticket was not booked so what will be the refund time of my ticket's amount..?
