Hi, I booked tickets for 83, and my money got deducted but did not receive any tickets or confirmation. I also checked in purchase history and there isn't any info over there. I tried calling bookmyshow customer care but no response from their side and I even checked with chat support and no response from that either. Kindly look into this issue and please process a refund.

      Hello I booked spider man tickets (4) today and forgot to change the date. I was supposed to watch this movie on 23 Dec but I accidentally booked it for 21 Dec.. I have already been paid for the tickets. Can it be modified for 23.
      Can you suggest an alternative..

        I booked 2 tickets for Spider man No way home for Rs-1057, Booking ID : WHPR6N8 on 16th of December in the Logix mall, Noida. The movie was cancelled by the theatre and I requested them for a refund to which they told us that it will be refunded my Book my Show as we booked it from them now It’s been almost a week but I did not receive my refund. Please resolve the same as soon as possible as it was a big amount for me I would like the refund of the whole amount. Thanks

          It's been a week and I didn't get my refund for the show that had been canceled.I bought TWO tickets and still have not gotten the refund. I've been trying to contact you for too long but no one answers the customer care number and no one replies on the chat counter. it's really frustrating I am now going to complain against you or refund my money asap ₹468.44 for the Chandigarh Kare Aashiqui movie, which had been canceled on 14 December 2021.

            I booked 2 tickets before 2 month and booking failed and my ammount debited from my Bank account...and refund not credited yet.
            when i tried to connect support agent more than 2 hours no one taking my call or chat and every time my call got connect call got disconnected automatically...after waited too much time what is this behaviour... Tried to chat with chat support they also not contactable no one is there for chat ... I am never gonna use #bookmyshow anymore... I

              I booked tickets and the money got debited from my account but the bookings wasn’t confirmed. So I started fresh and booked again. How ever the debited amount wasn’t refunded.

                  I had booked 2 tickets for Spiderman No way Home on 15th December, 2021 for Sunday ( 19th December, 2021). At the time of booking tickets cancellation policy was available.
                  But today when I am trying to cancel my tickets they are showing me error.
                  Also when i tried to log in to their website through my phone no ., they are not letting me log in.
                  The support center is also not giving me any reply.

                      I was trying to book a movie ticket from BookMyShow and paying from GooglePay application.

                      Below is the transaction id from GooglePay.

                      UPI Transaction ID:[protected]

                      The amount is deducted and the transaction is successful from GooglePay. But BookMyShow showed me transaction time out and the ticket was not booked.
                      Please help me to resolve this issue and help to get back my money in my GooglePay wallet.

                                I have booked the tickets for 18th Dec 21 by mistake.
                                i tried to cancel the tickets within 2 minutes of booking them however i am unable to do it.

                                    The show was booked on 18th november but on reaching the venue the owners told that since there are not enough shows they are cancelling the show and the refund would be issued.
                                    From 18th november till now I have written endless mails and dialled the customer care number but I got no response.
                                    Please resolve it asap
