What you do with our money till 10days.
I think they do investment with our money.
Worst management system of reliance digital. Flipkart, amazon, and snapdeal they refund within 3-4 hours but you have such a large network but you can't refund. This is my first and last shopping.

    Last year I booked a ticked for stand up comedian Abhishek Upmanyu s show to be organised on 11th April 2020 at machkhowa, Guwahati, Assam. But it was cancelled due to corona virus. They said that the refund was initiated. But I never received it.My Booking ID is ITAM0056Y2ZTQT.

      I booked 8 tickets for the show 'oh! Hello by rahul dua' on 28th feb 2020 that was to be held in chandigarh on 28th march 2020. I paid rs.4091 for that. On 17th march i received an sms and mail that the show is canceled and the refund will be processed shortly. Then on 23rd march, i received a mail saying that the refund has been processed and will be credited to my account in 5-7 days. When already 10days passed i reached out to their customer care by mail. They asked me to wait for another 2 days as there may be some delay.
      After 2 days i again emailed them, as it was already 14days passed, asking about the status of my refund, they asked me for the bank statement. I replied to them with my bank statement. I got a reply that my "refund is processed and will be in my bank account shortly". Then i replied to them that it has been 14days already, but no refund is credited. They said they will help in this regard. But received no update from their side.
      Again after 2 days, i emailed them. They again asked for my bank statement. And the same thing happens. No valid reply from their side.
      This thing happened multiple times. It has been 21days already but no refund is credited to my account. Even no help is provided by the customer care. Very disappointed by a brand like bookmyshow.

        The organisers should postpone/cancel the scheduled play in the wake of the present epidemic of covid19. All governments are discouraging all kinds of public gathering and in view of that such a big gathering to view the performance of a great actor/director may invite a great suffering for the viewers.
        This attack may happen to anybody attending the show.

          ​The amount charged with the unsuccessful transaction will be refunded in 4-5 working days for privatized bank and 10 working days for the nationalized bank.

            I booked movie ticket online for "valayam" on 20-feb-2020 to watch movie on the date 23-feb-2020.

            As per the schedule, i have to watch movie on 23-feb-2020 at 4:45 pm. Hence, i went to cinema theatre accordingly. When i was about to pass through the ticket checking executive at cinema hall, there the people were telling me that the movie has been canceled.

            When i enquired about the money, they started processing to repay back it.

            Cinema management was telling that they have already informed to bookmyshow management. But, i have not received any communication from bookmyshow.

            Is it not the responsiblity of bookmyshow to inform to me? Shall this type of ngeligance be acceptable? What is the solution to solve this problem?

              I had booked three movie tickets from book my show for the movie good newzz at pvr vegas, dwarka on february 1, 2020 for 11.20 pm show at audi 10 (Seat no k 7-8-9).

              The booking id was ww8tfdk.

              Pvr vegas had cancelled the booking on the same day and the amount was to be refunded within a few days and now it's been over a month and no refund of rs 1038.

              No calls or updates from bookmyshow but i have been complaining / calling to seek resolution but there has been no response beyond the regular response saying it will be done.

              I have been calling and following up continuously but no resolution.

                bookmyshow/convenience fee bogus

                I have booked many tickets using bookmyshow. They are charging unnecessary convenience fee for all tickets. Same tickets in insider they are charging anything extra. They are not adding convenience fee or any hidden/extra charges. There service is very bad. They have been tied up with mega events and doing bogus in name of tickets. Recommend not to buy any tickets thru this site....

                The tickets was booked on 9/2/20 at gmax theater through bookmyshow. The amount was remitted through Google pay using SBI A/C successfully, but the tickets were not issued for the show.Moreover the amount is not refunded till now.Hence kindly do the needful to remit the cash back.                 Bookmyshow ticket is not booked but money deducted on googlepay.
                In the 1st instance money was deducted on google pay but tickets are not booked. Please look into the refund.

                    I have booked 3d movie tanhaji in bms but it was 2d movie. Theatre manager told that it is bms fault. Bms cheated.                       I erroneously booked 10 tickets online on 25th jan instead of 26th using book my show and immediately called customer care to modify date. Being superstar member, they initially told me that they will try for refund after some deduction as per inox policy for which i was ok but later informed that i can't get refund coz i didnt book tickets using login option.

                        On this festival i wanted to watch a toolywood movies in theater.. Usually the ticket price is maximum to 150rs for normal seats in multuplex.. But for only some recent ticket price is higher then usual means 200 for normal tickets...

                        How they increse that ticket 2 times.

                        I am very upset for why i have to put so much money to watch a cinema..

                        Plz take nessesarry action to watch cinema in multiplexes for normal people

                          I had booked 6 tickets for avane srimannarayana movie at 2pm on 28th of december in book my show app... Then i cancelled the ticket since i had booked for wrong timings... When we cancel the tickets immediately or before 4 hours to the movie... Book my show would deduct 30%of our money and returns it to our respective bank accounts... Even in my situation it showed ticket money... After deduction of 30% would be returned... Tilll date there...

                          I had booked one isl ticket for the match between atk ans kb which took place at saltlake stadium kolkata on 12th january. Booked the ticket online, carried the printout with id proof as mentioned address, but all counter officials just said big no at my face after taking 5 minutes of long checking time. They told my qr already been redeemed and the ticket collected in person already. That was a biggest shocking moment for me ever. Reached the counter around 7pm and since 7.30pm started contacting bms helpline and tried reaching an agent over online chat channel. No one yet connected with me neither contacted me back. Over 10 sessions are pending, still waiting for the response from them. Dont trust bms. They are becoming one ot the worst company, they are looting people like this way. I miised me isl match last night and also lost my money. No one is responding from bms support team. Do the needful immediately.

                            I had booked a couple entry ticket for jan 31st event held in Forum Shantiniketan Mall Whitefield Banglore for ₹4299/-. When we reached the venue the place was overcrowded and we were not allowed entry. We heard from the other people that there was no food left and we were not given even a bottle of water. In bookmyshow it was mentioned that food and bevereges were unlimited. But we did not even get entry, there were more than 100 people effected and I am sure everybody had raised a complaint. I have raised and incident #10284434 in bookmyshow and it has been 12 days now and I have not got any valid response. I request the concerned authorities to accept my request and provide a refund of 4299

                                I purchased a movie ticket on 24th november but after reaching theater, i got informed by theater that the show got cancelled. It was a 8:45 pm show. I called bookmyshow customer care instantly and the representative informed me that i will get the full refund. Its been more then 7 weeks now but i did not received the refund. I am following them mostly every week and getting the excuses that it is in approval stage. At last before 2 weeks they told me that its got approved and refund will be processed in 5-7 days time. Still its pending. All the time i need to follow them. They never tried to reach me in between.
                                Created multiple incident id's - #10048737, #10078491, #10078523 still not received refund.
                                They definitely do not care about their customers. I need my refund with no further delay.

                                I have not received my refund yet. Pl provide me with refund details if any

                                Book my show is a fraud. On Consumar complaint forum they mentioned that the refund has been processed which is not done. And When I followed up on them on email, they replied that refund can not be processed.

                                Very disappointed. Zero customer satisfaction. I am not going to book any ticket from BMS now onward and will push my friends also for the same.
                                Same here. Their refund never seems to arrive. How on earth is this service allowed to run, I have no idea

                                  This is gopichand from hyderabad, am booked "prathiroju panduge" movie ticket in 'asian ganga, dilshuknagar."amount was deducted but ticket not conformed. Msg not came from bookmyshow to my mobile number and email id.
                                  Please look the matter as early as possible. Ref: no cbibibo-[protected]-cbibibo

                                  Ideally, the amount charged with the unsuccessful transaction will be refunded in 4-5 working days for privatized bank and 10 working days for the nationalized bank.

                                  In case of ​the​ amount ​paid ​using a UPI app, it should reflect within the next 3-4 working days. The amount paid through the wallet will be refunded within the next 24 hours.
