I booked tickets for friday at pvr ecx mall, but the app crashed after the payment, and now i have a ticket on sunday with different seat
How is this possible?
If i cancel the ticket the cancellation charge is too much, for an error that is not mine. But i do not want cancellation, i selected friday, different seat and i want what i selected.
If you cannot provide that i need full refund without deduction of service charge because this service is beyond fail. A deduction here is equivalent of shopkeepers dropping your eggs intentionally and asking you to pay for it.
I contacted the customer service team, they said it was not possible to refund or exchange, and after the case was closed, they cancelled by their side. Now i don't have a ticket, no refunds received and probably the cancellation charge will be deducted.
This is extreme customer harassment.
