Hey, i just booked 2 tickets for avengers endgame. The transaction was done and the money was debited from the card but a message comes that the booking was cancelled. What to do now?? Even after that i booked the tickets again and surprisingly the two seats i chose earlier were available again. Please ensure that the payment done earlier is repayed.

I booked two tickets from BookMyShow Guwahati for Avengers End game as a guest. My money was deducted from my account but it showed unsuccessful transaction. I recently updated my old mobile no on the book my show app and it was verified successfully. now when I try to add the filmy pass this message is showing on the screen. Am i able to use my filmy code or not...or can i can update the no with the filmy pass. "Sorry the offer is locked to the mobile number used while generating the code."

Recently i booked a ticket from bookmyshow website and the charged me 31 rupees illegal internet handling fees which violates the RBI's MDR regulation and they have been charging this amount to everyone which should be a lot of amount in total.

    delete my account

    Hi,
    Right now bookmyshow doesn't provide the provision to delete ones account. I find this as an obstruction of consumer rights. How can the company hold on to the consumers information when the consumer wants it removed. This for me is a clear violation of consumer rights. I would like to know how bookmyshow has the authority to do this. And i would also like to have an option to delete my account....

    I am mini v. I booked 4 tickets for athiran using bookmyshow.com in g track cinemas, kadinamkulam for 6:30pm show for date 14th april 2019 using state bank of india net banking
    After selecting seats and entering my account details, bookmyshow website displayed some message like 'processing...' and after some time, it displayed, 'oops, an error occurred'.
    But an amount of rs 542 was debited from my account. This transaction was done at around 6:00pm on 12th april 2019.
    I waited for around 20-25 minutes, but i didn't receive any sms or e-mail from book my show for confirmation of tickets but i did receive sms from sbi for deduction of money.

    So, basically money for my 1st transaction should be refunded bookmyshow as it didn't handle the transaction properly and deducted amount without booking the seats.

    I request a refund of rs 542/- from bookmyshow.

        While trying to login into my account, "something's not right here. Please try again after a while. We appreciate your patience. (#-96205)" this error is poping up and i'm unable to login into my account. I want to cancel my tickets and due to this error im unable to do that. Even i am not able to login into my account also. This looks ridiculous and book my show is not supposed to have this type of errors....

          I had booked tickets from bookmyshow website, booking time 11 am, after 12pm iam noticed location mistake (Iam trying to book rp mall calicut but selected rp mall kollam). Iam sent the infermation and cancelletion requst at 12: 45, i got reply from bookmyshow helpdesk..."the tickets can be canceled at least 4 hours prior to the show". How this possible my booking time is 11; am. Plaese take necessary action against the issue and refound my credited amount.

            I booked 5 tickets for an event, the money got deducted from account but the tickets were not allotted to me.
            As these tickets were for a highly sought after event, Book my show employees do not allot the tickets to the customer and instead keep it for them self and then sell it in the black market.
            I suffered a a lot of trauma because of this event.

            please provide me a resolution or help me out with the procedure to take them to court.

            Such Big company blatantly lying to me in writing over the mail. I can prove the claims made by their customer support to be false and just made to run away from the responsibility.
            can someone here help me file a case against them if they are not willing to compensate for their mistake and for my loss.

                Hi, rbi has mandated that movie ticket booking sites are not allowed to charge internet handling charges from their consumers.in spite of that, today i was charged rs 51.92 as internet fees on booking two tickets from bookmyshow.in doing so, they are violating rbi's mdr regulations. The two tickets are priced at rs 350. To handle such hefty internet fees, i had to buy a filmy pass which further costed me rs 99 and is supposed to give me rs 75 discount for the next 3 movies. The discount does not subtract the internet charges. Please find the screenshot. Kindly see to it that i am refunded.

                      I'm kanchan shinde. I booked 2 tickets for badla movie using my bookmyshow.com for fun time at glomax, inox kharghar for 9:25am show for the date 10 march 2019 using bank of india net banking.                         I booked a movie ticket yesterday online through bookmyshow, my experience was worst. The amount got deducted from my bankaccount however the tickets were not booked through bookmyshow.
                        I contacted bookmyshow customersupport however there is no responsible behaviour from them. Bookmyshow customer support informed that my amount will be refunded within 5 working days.
                        Why i should wait for 5 working days when tickets are not booked?
                        What right book my show has got to block my money for 5 working days?
                        There are number of complaints raised by number of people in this site onbookmyshow related to the tickets booking.
                        Bookmyshow is blocking people's money through fraud transactions where the booking fails and collecting money and blocking it for 5 to 10 working days without refunding it. I request you to please take action on bookmyshow.

                          After a payment failure twice from bookmyshow's end, website blocked my paid coupon code.

                          Since i had to complete the booking, completed with another gateway and bookmyshow charged me thrice for one booking. Customer care representative told me i will be getting a new voucher for the same in 24 hours. Received a mailed after 24 hours citing they were unable to generate voucher code

                          This is a big fraud from there end. Please help

                            My wife had called bookmyshow yesterday it was not received and after few minutes an executive from bookmyshow called back. When i wife mentioned what she is looking for, he said he will guide her though and took her through steps to register and something. While doing that immediately he charged close to 80k on the card, we got worried and he started saying he did that by mistake, but when we checked he bank the money has gone to multiple different places such as amazon pay etc. And when we called back he started saying sorry that he will reverse the money and started asking other bank account no. We realized he is fooling us and said we will go to police he started saying he will loose his job at bookmyshow and he will reverse the amount, but that did not seem genuine and we disconnected the call. Looks like while guiding my wife to register he stole credit card info from the mobile app. We have lost more than 80k, can you imagine???
                            Bookmyshow seems like a place for fraud people. Please help us here.

                              I booked 2 online ticket for uri movie for tommorow dated 02.02.2019 at 24 karat theater in jogeshwari for the 2:45 pm show. I booked my payment through sbi net banking. The money got deducted and gave a error of session expired.

                              I want my money back. I want to legally proceed against them for the inconvenience caused to me.

                              My self Karishma mishra, I was booking 2 tickets for Gully boy 7.55 show(24th Feb 2019 Sunday) of high Street Mall cinema star, but money is deducted from my bank account and tickets are not booked.

                              Even the cinema star is not picking up calls

                              Kindly see and revert me as soon as possible

                                Hi

                                I booked kgf movie in bookmyshow.com but money got debited and transaction did not go though.. It got debited but transaction got failed please check and refund my money.

                                I dont know why it got debited i used my debit card to make payment from my savings bank account please refund it.. I want to go to movie today please refund.

                                Ideally, for an unsuccessful transaction the amount gets refunded within 4-5 working days, some banks may take 10 working days. Also if you have used a wallet it will reflect within 24 hours.

                                I bought the tickets using google pay, the amount was debited but I didnt receive any ticket booking confirmation.I tried once again, this time using my card and it worked.I want to enquire as to when I will get my amount credited as I am in dire need of it.
                                I am sathish.Yesterday (19.01.2019) i bookmyshow app. I booked 5 ticket for petta at sree balakrishna talkies.Tuticorin. Seats( a 08, 09, 10, 11, 12). Ticket not yet booked but transation charge taken.So i feel so guilty please refund the charge as well as soon.Thank you

                                I booked a ticket on book my show today. My cash rs.134/- was deducted from my account. But I haven't received the ticket. I had to buy ticket directly from the movie theater. This is not at all acceptable. Please refund my money.

                                  Hi,

                                  I am Umesh gonelwar(cell no [protected]). I booked 5 tickets for Thakhrey using BookMyShow.com for Radhakrishna carnival, Chandrapur, for 12:45PM show for date 26 january 2019 using UPI
                                  After selecting seats and entering my account details, bookmyshow website displayed some message like 'processing...' and after some time, it displayed, 'oops, an error occurred'.
                                  But an amount of Rs 787.00 was debited from my account.
                                  I waited for around 20-25 minutes, but i didn't receive any sms or e-mail from book my show for confirmation of tickets but i did receive sms from citibank for deduction of money.

                                  Now, After 20 minutes . i again tried to book some other 5 tickets and i received sms and mail from book my show this time.

                                  So, basically money for my 1st transaction should be refunded bookmyshow as it didn't handle the transaction properly and deducted amount without booking the seats.

                                  I contacted the on-line customer care executives also but they also just say that we will contact you as soon as possible but then there is no reply/respose.

                                  I request a refund of Rs.787.60 from bookmyshow.

                                  I was trying to book movie show 5 PVR ticket from book my show, money has deducted my acct, but ticket confirmation not received to me. Now i want to back my money..
