The guru randhawa concert was cancelled and the refund was supposed to be credited after 29th march, its been almost a month and I haven’t received the refund from BMS, the customer support team is saying for weeks to wait for our response on this.

    I had booked an event called FLY HYDERABAD on Bookmyshow on 10th March. The event was cancelled however.
    Now, Bookmyshow claims to have initiated the refund on 24th March but I have NOT yet received the amount of 6501 ₹ yet on my credit card (IndusInd Bank Credit Card).
    Despite several mails being exchanged, Bookmyshow has failed to solve my problem. It has been over a month now and the refund has NOT reached my credit card.
    I hope for a quick resolution to this matter and hope to get the refund as soon as possible.

        I have purchased 4 tickets of Kisi ka Bhai kisi ki jaan dated for 23rd of April and the timing was 9 PM at Gold Digital Cinemas, Silchar, Assam in Silver Row.I have paid the amount through net banking and it was successful but after that I didn't receive the tickets.Please Refund my money for those 4 tickets as soon as possible.THANK YOU.

          I booked 2 tickets for a movie named Viduthalai-part 1, in PVR Cinemas @ VR Mall Chennai, via the online portal where I selected the movie picked seats, double-checked the same and paid Rs 491.36.
          When the purchase got completed the tickets I received is for the movie name 'Pope's Exosrcist' which I did not select / book for.

          I immediately called the customer care consultant, Ms Muskan, who was very unhelpful in looking into this issue, She was not sure why this happened, and when requested I am happy to change the booking to the movie 'Viduthalai' and happy to pay any difference in fair, I was told that there is no provision for this. She was not sure how this happened and when I kindly requested that she can look into this issue and get back to me, it was bluntly rejected with only a sorry. When asked to raise a complaint to look into what happened with the booking and to provide me with a reference number, I was told that a complaint will be raised and I will receive an interaction ticket number via email -which is 14395512, which my knowledge is not a complaint number. I had to request her not to interrupt while talking as I was not able to put my thoughts through. As she was very unhelpful I requested whether she can transfer me to a senior customer service consultant or her manager who could at least understand and hear what my issue is, she bluntly rejected stating that there is no one else I can talk to and asked me to write an email to either the help desk or support team which I understand are not their customer complaints email id.

          I then had to find escalation and nodal officer emails online and write a detailed email, for which the response was going around in circles without addressing 3 complaints raised. I was told that I will receive a call at a specified time rather than a random call, which I never received. I had to even follow that up to receive a call. I was also told that the back office have checked and confined that the booking was for a different movie !! with no further communications about other complaints raised.

          I am not sure why a customer who uses your platform for a transparent booking process is not transparent has to go through this unhelpful customer service with no backend support.

          I had to cancel my ticket immediately with a loss of 50% of the money paid.

            I booked ticket on 25 march but it was failed and fund was deducted till now my refund is not arrived when I chat with customer care they said send your bank statement when I send bank statement they said we want more time to fixing your issue

                  So, firstly I have booked 8 tickets of 1000 which is after adding convenience fees, becomes 8692. So this is fine, I had a offer of TATA Neu Rupay card ending 4220, which is of 1000 discount instantly. So now I have applied that offer. But I was charged of 8692 instead of 7682. What kind of scam is this? Now when I’m saying them they are saying you haven’t applied the offer. But I did applied the offer with my own hands and infront of my own hands. Please fix this and give me my 1000 ruppees of discount back. Booking ID- IPEG00QXN8B4HE

                      Delay in issuing ticket and processing the fund.

                      I had initiated a fund transfer via Gpay on 4th February 2023 for a show at 9:30 PM at Zeenath theatre, Aluva, Ernakulam. For a long time it was shown to be processing. Since we had the show in an hour, we booked with an alternate account. We didn't, t receive any confirmation/mail/ticket for half an hour. Later after around 45 min, the amount was deducted from my account which I received as mail and which I overlooked as I was on my way...

                          I paid 580.24 rupees to book PATHAAN movie...my money got deducted but still not getting confirmation about the tickets...it is showing that PAYMENT FAILED...but my money is debited...

                          Please confirm about the tickets whether is it booked or not...should I try again to book or something else..

                                19 January (Thursday) i downloaded the book my show app then i book Pathaan movie tickets in Wave cinema Noida and I choose 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15 and the seats are infront of big screen in Wave cinema i am not comfortable to watching the movie very close becase my eyes are so week if change the seats after that i feel comfortable only this is solution of this problem i am requesting you book my show plz plz plz plz plz plz plz plz changed my seats plz do something for my biggest problem because i feel so[protected] bad today next time i cant do this problem so plz change my seats ..thank U...
