    Hi this is with regards to the movie tickets which I had booked. The show was at 8.20 am today morning. Yesterday I received a call from pvr saying that my tickets were cancelled by then due to some technical glitches and I was told to not come today for the show. However, I haven’t received any mail communication from them still now for the same. When I checked the same with book my show executive they told me they don’t have any update regarding this. I don’t know what to do.
    Please help me resolve this.

          I have booked on ARRS Multiplex theather in Salem
          on today evening at 6.30pm..for the show timing 10.30am on saturday jan 14 for varisu movie on seat row F27, 28, 29, 30 (4 ticket) and payment send through Google pay amount is 1084 . Amount debited from my account but still not yet received any msg or ticket conformed msg /email.pls check and refund my money please.

              I have booked on sdc kalapana theather in kavundampalayam on today morning 8 clk..for the snow timing 10 am on Sunday jan 15 for varisu movie on seat center row box 1, 2 (2 ticket) and payment send through Google pay amount is 447.20 .                   I’ve purchased movie for rent named SHAKUNTALAM Sanskrit movie by Dushyant Sridhar on 29th December. But I’m unable to play the movie. I made complaint to the company and sent emails but there is no response. Movie is only for 48 hours but already one day wasted. So please help to rectify this issue. Thankyou

                    Regarding Voucher not able to avail

                    HI Team,

                    I was having a voucher which I have not availed due to some circumstances and over the voucher its clearly mentioned as it will be avail from purchase date to 12 month. BUt today when I have tried to avail that it shows Sorry! The balance in the Gift Voucher has been exhausted (#-4113)

                    Can you please help here & do the needful. as it was having 2000INR voucher but I have not even availed....

                    This was the above msg I received today they didn't give a reason as to why the show was cancelled, I'm terribly dissatisfied . They have noted that the refund is processed but still I didn't get the refund back, if they cancel the show at their own convenience how are we supposed to watch movies in theatres, at least I deserve a explaination why the show has been cancelled.

                        We did book our movie ticket for movie circus online. But when we reached at the threater we were told that movie is canceled and we have to go back. We did came for the movie from very far and it was very bad experience.
                        We did face this issue in GOLD Cinemas mathura, UP.

                          My contact number is [protected] and today I tried to book ticket through book my show app and made payment through UPI. My 519 amount got deducted but ticket was not booked. Tried talking to help chat but they were not satisfactory and instead was not able to answer properly. I am so surprised that we don’t have any sudden help in such cases. Please help with them my amount is going to be refunded as I had to again book ticket and had paid twice.

                            I booked tickets for a 10:45 am show on Bookmyshow app, around 5:30 pm today for Avatar 3D. The morning shows' ticket bookings were still displayed as available in the evening, which was misleading and by mistake I booked tickets for today i.e 24th instead of 25th Dec. Now, it is not humanly possible to watch a show at 10:45 am, when you are booking tickets in the evening on the same day. INOX's policy of no cancellation or modification is unreasonable in this case, as clearly it's misleading on Bookmyshow's part to still show tickets' availability for 24th Dec, when I clearly can't avail it. This is a good way of cashing out money on INOX's part, in case of a genuine human error. I am entitled for a cancellation of the tickets and refund or modification to a later date's show, which I can avail.

                                  I have paid for a booking on your website on December 5, 2022. Booking ID is ROHM00NXDZB1F5.

                                  I got a confirmation message on whatsapp as booking is confirmed. However, now when I am viewing it on the bookmyshow app it says " Payment Failed" . The amount has got successfully debited from my account.

                                  I am trying to reach someone, no reply. I am not certain who to seek a confirmation from as the date is only 2 days away.

                                  PLease help or make a customer care number available for bookers like us to get a confirmation instantly.

                                    After several tried also customer care of bookmyshow team is not resolving my issue. Every call they are saying isuue will be resolved with in 24-48 hours but since from 15 days i am struggling for it.
