Hi,

Today I tried to book movie ticket via bookmyshow app and after making the payment, the transaction got failed and this happened to me four times in a row.

The money got deducted from my card all the four times. Can you please refund my amount and can you please improve your app and let me know the reason of my transaction failures.

On 31Aug 2016 I booked two Platinum Tickets of Rustom for 03.50 PM show at SRS Gorakhpur (U.P) through on line banking services .My SBI account was debited by Rupees 368/-but tickets were denied by BMS show system.Reason was given "we are sorry that your payment for Rustom at SRS City Mall Park Road Gorakhpur (Audi 2)failed".
I reached & explained the authority about my case.He said you book again by giving cash & enjoy the movie...

I have booked movie ticket for 13th aug 16, and received confirmation from bookmyshow via email/sms, but unfortunately cinema had cancelled my show which we have booked.

At that time bookmyshow support team and cinema manager both are promised about refund within 10 days.

After 7 days we have contacted bms via chat, and they said "we have discussed with cinema and you are not eligible for the refund because...

I have an icici coral card with me and there is an offer 1+1 running in bookmyshow.

Every time i try to book tickets using this promotion, i receive an error saying that try at different time.

When i contacted the bookmyshow team regarding this they told me that a particular quota of tickets are sold at frequent interval of times and they asked me to book at that time.

Com on 31-jul-2016 to go in next 2 hours, but at the end of transaction it shows i booked for 3-aug which is a workingday, so when i called up, their response is "they are just booking partners, money has gone to theatre... My booking has been rejected, but my credit/debit card has been charged.
I had booked 2 tickets on 23 july 2016 for madaari, amount deducted from my account but tickets not generated.

After some time i tried again, this time transaction was successfully and tickets were generated but amount deducted twice from my account.

On 7th of may i booked tickets for a movie, captain america civil war . i booked the tickets with app and money was transected from my card. as soon as the tickets were flashed the app crashed and i couldn't retrieve tickets. i did not get any mail from the company and as well any sms which i could have used as a n m-ticket . i have been talking to company ex executives for the same but they are not ready to refund the money at all and saying...

I have booked kabali (hindi) movie for 12:pm, sun 12.07.16 show vide ref:rkme[protected], seat no-classic-a7, a8, a9, a10 at rk moviez raigarh through book myshow. after booking i found that classic seats are inserted back side (away from screen) in between gold and prime which supposed to be near to the screen. due to this wrong insertion of screen i booked ticket in classic which is front row near to screen. now...

Basically money for my 1st transaction should be refunded bookmyshow as it didn't handle the transaction properly and deducted amount without booking the seats....

I booked my show for Kabali movies. Bookmyshow confirm my ticket & show. Bookmyshow cancelled my ticket after 3 hours after confirm my ticket and increase the same ticket price and resale the ticket like black ticket.
I call to Bookmyshow customer care but he is not resolved my problem and he said to me I can't do any thing, this decision taken by Bookmyshow & PVR.

Yesterday (15th july 2016), i tried to book a ticket of sultan movie for the date of 17th july 2016 by using bookmyshow app at g3s cinema rohini, delhi. But while booking ticket payment, amont of rs. 285.5 was debited from my account but the ticket was not book. I have already complaint for 2 times but still the amount is not refunded and credit to the my account. So please refund me the same ammount asap.
