I have the same issue what should I do
I have booked 2 tickets for a movie at DRC Mysore through SBI net banking on[protected] and an amount of Rs 413.92 has been deducted twice for same ticket.Arrange for refund of additional payment of Rs 413.92.

      I have booked two tickets for upcoming movie msdhoni at ashoka cinema hall which cost me around 140 with internet handling charges, than after i use internet banking to get my payment done once i had filled all the details on my bank website i received a message from my bank that my a/c has been debited, than i redirected to bookmyshow website where it shown me the error.

      I completely disappointed with the reasons that there customer cares are giving they were tell their is nothing seems to be showing on our system, i am not able to understand where does my money gone
      Is this a internet fraud that bookmyshow is running, i will not keep silence i drag them to cyber crime and consumer court too.

        I booked for farmaishein event in yashwantrao chavan natyagruha 2times. Seat no. V-18, 19, 20. 3tickets of 150rs each + processing fee of 13.38rs.
        Total amount 1st attempt: 463.38rs
        2nd attempt :463.38rs
        Total : 926.76rs
        First time : i booked by net banking. Immediately msg came by sbi that money has been deducted from account. But i didn't receive the tickets. App stopped for half an hour. I didn't close it. Then i again opened app. Checked if the seats were booked, they weren't. Then i mailed bms. Response was quick but they said they didn't have any transaction details. Then they stopped replying.
        Second time: i thought i will ask for refund for first attempt. So tried again after 1 hour to book seats again. Same thing happened app got stopped for 15 min. Then i cancelled the transaction. Yet money was deducted from my sbi account.

        I have transaction reference id details.

        I want refund for both the times.
        I am trying to book 2 tickets for the movie 'TASHKENT FILES' at Movietime: The Hub, Goregaon, Mumbai-Western on 2 May 2019. Unfortunately, BMS is not accepting payment neither from Paytm wallet nor from card. OTP isnt showing up for Paytm despite no network problems and in case of card, I am unable to enter the CVV... The app is not reading the CVV. Please help asap.

          I have booked two tickets for upcoming concert of shaan name of concert is the sensational live concert with shaan, concert is on 15-oct-2016 and i booked ticket on 29-sep-2016 at 7:15pm of platinum category which cost me around 2092 with internet handling charges, than after i use internet banking to get my payment done once i had filled all the details on my bank website i received a message from my bank that my a/c has been debited, than i redirected to bookmyshow website where it shown me the error (Attached picture).

              I saswati last nighti booked move ticket with tube caramel combo pack at BIG Cinemas sangam Andheri at screen 3 Seat number where C3 C2.tme 11.00pm.
              I went at counter for order and ask them to deliver at my seat they said yes but they didnt and after movie they said now its closed. so just want to infrom you this is not the way to treat your coustmer and if you ask for adv. payment you should provied with better sercv.
              i will be thankful to you if you look in this matter.

                I had transacted money in book my show wallet through my debit card. But unfortunately i need money in cash and my bank account was 0 balance. I tried to send my wallet money to my bank account but it seems fail. And i haven't set the default settings, i dont know how to use it nicely.
                Now it is showing 101 balance in my book my show wallet. Before this transaction i was having 1490 in my wallet. So how would i get my balance back??

                  I had booked 3 tickets for sully at pvr cinemas in Orion mall at Bangalore.when I reached there, I was told that since the movie is A rated i cannot take my 3yr old child inside.I contacted the staff at the ticket counter they told me that I could ask for refund my putting a mail to bookmyshow.com, who would in turn get in touch with pvr cinemas. Then pvr would confirm that 3 seats were no occupied and give ok for refund.This is the process as informed by the staff at the ticket counter. Now when I put a mail to book my show.com, they reply that the cinema has refused for refund.

                  Further book my show staff who got in touch with me want me to go and personally process the refund.If that is the case then (a) the staff at the ticket counter has debilerately mislead me and (b) book my show staff have let me down by asking me to process the refund myself.

                  Why did the staff at pvr lie to me?Why is bookmyshow washing their hands off when customer needs their help?

                    On 09th Sept.2016 I book ticket for watching movie freaky Ali on book my show platform and out of total Rs.418. 57, partially I paid by redeeming my Rs. 200 coupon issued by their channel partner chef my basket, and remaining 218.57 through debiting my credit card. Till date no refund I got and while enquiring to their herd of customer care executive they are confirming refund of money paid through credit card.
                    Money paid through coupon no future and now they advising me to arrange new coupon .

                    I advice you all never book tickets from book my show. They are fraud

                        We see English, Hindi, Tamil & Telugu as a language option in the scroll down, this is a serious concern /hindrance to we Kannadigas. I'm raising my voice on behalf of all Kannadigas to include Kannada option as well. Bengaluru is a home/domicile of all shameless outsiders who quit their native state to settle down in our motherland(Bengaluru). All language movies flourish/release here, we have given opportunity to all languages/outsiders, it truly hurts that we don't have our own mother tongue(Kannada) in the language option. Do include Kannada as well in the language option.

                            Today early morning i am downloading the book my show app then i am booking baar baar dekho movie tickets in shiela cinema complex and i am chose 21, 22, 23, 24 and the seats are infront of big screen in shiela cinema complex i am not comfortable to see the movie very close becase my eyes are so week if i change the seats after that i feel comfortable only this is solution of this problem i am requesting you book my show plz plz plz plz plz...

                            I bought telugu movie tickets of "janata garage" on 05.09.2016 - 9 pm show in sri vijayalakshmi takies. Booking id: svlt00cb7xe7z1 of ticket nos. Balcony l11, l12, l13, l14, l15 (5 seats). You are cheated the customer.

                            The cinema hall manager rejected the tickets, because our theater is not in book my show account, these tickets is invalid, whose contact no is.[protected].

                            Please refund my amount of rs. 571/- to my account.

                            We at BookMyShow value you as a customer, but unnecessarily defaming us is not ethical. We have observed

                            that you called us on 4th Sept 2016 to cancel your tickets for 'Janatha Garage'(booking id:

                            SVLT00CB7XE7Z1) as you claimed to have booked those tickets in error.
                            We being ticketing aggregates, post the transaction is successful, have zero authority for the said transaction.

                            We did get this investigated with our technical team and as per the updates received, there was no error

                            on our website/app and bookings were going through swiftly hence, we would be unable to refund the said

                            transaction.
                            Since you couldn't get a resolution here, you emailed us on Monday 5th Sept 2016 and stated that the

                            ticket were denied at the cinema as the manager informed you that they are not tied up with

                            BookMyShow. We investigated the matter and found out that there was no such denial from the cinema

                            and called you at 8.08pm the same day (as the show was at 9.00 pm) to inform that everything was fine.

                            You expressed that you were busy and hung up the call.
                            We appreciate you taking the time off to contact us but when we tried to resolve the issue you weren't

                            ready to take the resolution.

                              Today I tried to book movie ticket via bookmyshow app and after making the payment, the transaction got failed and this happened to me four times in a row.

                                On 31Aug 2016 I booked two Platinum Tickets of Rustom for 03.50 PM show at SRS Gorakhpur (U.P) through on line banking services .My SBI account was debited by Rupees 368/-but tickets were denied by BMS show system.Reason was given "we are sorry that your payment for Rustom at SRS City Mall Park Road Gorakhpur (Audi 2)failed".
                                I reached & explained the authority about my case.He said you book again by giving cash & enjoy the movie your fund will automatically be refunded within 24Hrs .I booked 2 more tickets & got seat No-N- 10&N-11 though previously I tried for seat NO-N-8 & N-9 .
                                I request you for the refund at the earliest & oblige.

                                    When iam trying to book a new movie ticket it doesn't respond it Say's check ur internet connection I have a healthy signal and all are opened through my network too bad too worst...
                                    When I bought tickets for Rustom this august with coupon code AwesomeAug
                                    which entitles me 140 discount

                                    On cart page it showed the discount applied but when it gone to gateway they charged me full amount.

                                      I have booked movie ticket for 13th aug 16, and received confirmation from bookmyshow via email/sms, but unfortunately cinema had cancelled my show which we have booked.

                                      At that time bookmyshow support team and cinema manager both are promised about refund within 10 days.

                                      After 7 days we have contacted bms via chat, and they said "we have discussed with cinema and you are not eligible for the refund because you have seen another movie instead of that movie" which you have booked,

                                      Finally i have decided to publish this complaint against bookmyshow fraud company, because they don’t have any refund policy, even they fail to serve you


                                      I have kick bookmyshow.com fraud site, there is a really cheap and unqualified support team.
