I tried to book 1 civil war movie ticket by netbanking on 07/05/2016. But it failed and rs 192 was deducted from my account and i didn't receive any ticket. Also helpline no. Is not answering.

I had booked 6 tickets for jungle book 3D at cunnigham Road, fun cinemas, bangalore. Booking was done on 10th of April for 13th April show at 5.10 pm booking id is FNBG[protected].
On 13th of April I had received a message saying this was cancelled due to some technical reasons and they had convinced me of receiving my money back and I had been calling up ur customer call center since 15 days they keep saying me il b surely getting...
