Booking done on 01.10.2022 for cinema through bookmyshow amount deducted for Rs 2777.44, tickets not received, no confirmation message received, then i found that the ticket transaction failed in book myshow app, amount not refunded to my bank account yet.

    I booked 4 tickets for a B praak show to be held in Gurgaon on 9th October, Sunday for which the venue wasn’t disclosed. They kept the venue outdoors and due to weather conditions being unfavourable postponed the show to 15th October, Saturday. Now Saturday being a working day for me I am travelling and hence won’t be able to attend the show. Therefore, I ask for a refund and they are denying. In my opinion they are rightful of postponing but changing day and date both is unfair and beyond that if it isn’t suitable to anyone they are denying the refund. Sheer fraud and loot this is.

      The subtitle for One Piece :Red is incomplete and only shows a minute after minute. This is such an ignoble act. The matter must be informed so that many o[censored]s won't buy the ticket. We are requesting a refund or at least informed the matter to the customer beforehand. We don't understand a word at all

          We reserved First class seat without seat number. While see the cinema we not able to sit in firstclass seat. informed to management. Tey told all seats are common rate so sit anywhere. It violate consumer Law

            Bought 2 tickets at 450Rs each and applied 100Rs voucher. When I then wanted to cancel the tickets, they mentioned cancellation wouldn't be possible because of the voucher applied. How are companies allowed to get away with such cunning practices? They could have atleast given me the same amount of money in voucher for my next purchase.

              Never ever book tickets in bookmyshow..I recently booked 11 tickets in 2 batches of 6 & 5..By mistake the 2nd lot of 5 got booked for previous day ( thanks to their site) ..Bookmyshow doesn't have cancel options even if you are willing to pay a price...ridiculous..they say in email please ask any of your family & friends to make use of the show...unbeleivable...You hand over the tickets to Cinepolis, they get back saying sorry after 1 hr. into the show...All this is a big gamble...Please don't use Bookmyshow

                    I booked ticket on 16th sept 2022 at 8:19 pm for 17th sept 8:20 pm show but by mistake tickets got booked for 16th sept only. I requested book my show team within one minute of booking to either reschedule to 17th sept or refund the money but they refused rudely. Please help in getting back the refund.

                        Was booking tickets for brahmastra using UPI Gpay did all the steps for the payment but book my show ultimately showed an error. Checked Gpay and saw my money was gone but no tickets. Went to BookMyShow support but it also showed error not able to use facilities at the current time

                              I booked a ticket using bookmyshow webapp and added my debit card points as payment method . But after payment, they said there was server error and the amount will be refunded. But they only refunded the rest of the money after I applied my card points . which means that my 1000Rs worth debit card points is lost. I want my debit card points back as BMS cash or any other methods as the problem was in their side .

                                I paid for cobra movie tickets (2) at express Avenue escape mall chennai on Friday 7:14 pm(2/09/22) for Sunday morning show(4/09/22) via gpay .but haven't received confirmation and ticket status in purchase history not available. So booked again and it was successful.
                                But money hasn't received yet.

                                        I have booked 2 seats for Viruman movie on 13/08/2022 for 11.40 show at Escape cinemas for ₹469. My issue was my amount got debited and the payment was successful but i have not received any tickets for the same..and when i approached at theatre they told that your ticket was not confirmed and those seats was booked by some other people. Your payment will be refunded soon.. but still now I have not received any amount..
