Transaction was cancelled by me but the money was still debited on the gpay app for the movie thor love and thunder...

Tickets was bought by me on BookMyShow using the payment app mobikwik but the money was debited but the tickets got cancelled

I booked my ticket around 10:30 pm on July 4th for Jujutsu kaisen 1:40 pm July 5th show. The amount of 1294 rupees has been deducted (after applying a gift card of 250) has been deducted from my bank account but it's showing the tickets haven't been booked.

It's been 25 days I haven't got my refundable amount for a movie which got cancelled by the organisers of a movie hall due to some reasons! Plz do something...

Booked 7 tickets for Kehvatlal Parivar movie for the the show in via bookmyshow on 08.05.2022 for Rs.1998.54/- by mobikwik upi. Amount got debited from the account. This failed transaction amount is not credited back into my account.
I request you to take necessary action for the refund of the failed transaction amount....

Tickets was booked but the movie was cancelled by theater.amount transaction was compltewd was amount was not returned...

I was trying to book a ticket on 15/05/2022, i made a payment with debit card ending with ****3738, payment was successful, my money also got deducted, but i didnt received movie tickets, its also not showing in payment history, i also didnt got the refund yet....

Due to technical difficulties my transaction was failed but amount got deducted from my union Bank account.hence there were no sms regarding confirmation of tickets received.I applied for fresh booking and transaction was successful.I need to get back refund of earlier transaction which got amount deducted....

Amount was debited from my account but tickets are not received through email even after 1 hour, tried contact support no use.

I have booked 4 tickets for a film but due to less number of people, the show got cancelled and they told me that bookmyshow will refund my money in two days. Its been two weeks since I haven't received any refund. I also wrote emails regarding this issue but there was no reply from them. Their response is really pathetic and not even giving any updates from their side regarding my refund. I want this problem to be solved...

Ticket available on Dt.06.06.2022 in Brookfields mall Coimbatore.
I tried to booked one ticket but Rs.229.54 is debited from my ICICI Bank account.
