[Resolved] BookMyShow — Baahubali 2 pre booking refund is not received yet | |||||
I prebooked my 2 tickets for baahubali 2 conclusion for the day of release that is on 28 april 2017. The prebooking was done on 21 april 2017. It is so irritating that book my show has failed to book my tickets. It sent a message with apologies and promised my refund in 10 days. This message was recieved on 27 april. Today its may 2 i did not recieve my refund of rs 580 till now. I want your help im getting my money back. Their customer call services giving us a busy tone whenever we call. This is the reason why we could not book your seats for Baahubali 2: The Conclusion, in spite of our prebook assurance. I would like to inform you that the amount charged to you would be refunded into your account with in a maximum of 5-7 working days and incase of nationalized bank it may take 10 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Bank holidays), although it does not take that long!
