BookMyShow — Money deducted but no ticket

On 28th-sep-2021 I booked my event ticket at 3:52am some Error occurred ticket not booked but my money was deducted I contacted BookMyShow they are not responding at all I never expected from book my show
From kotak Mahindra bank.
