[Resolved] BookMyShow — money not refunded and tickets cancelled automatically | |||
Tickets were booked for the movie iitefaq in the pvr cinema at orion mall panvel, navi mumbai. The card details were added and the payment was made. Once the money was cut from the card but as soon as we tried to check the booking, a message flashed on the screen showing that the cinema or the theater has cancelled your tickets. It has 15 days but the money has not been refunded. Kindly help! Was this information helpful? | |||

Whatever ticket we want to book ₹200 or ₹500 or some other rate is displaying only the 1st date of the match day .There is no Clearly written that 200 will be a 1day ticket or 500 will be a 5 day ticket.It is written that 1 ticket will be used for all 5 days, so it means that i can use my 200 ticket for all 5 days .Isn't it ?

I have logged in to my account but the payment time comes then it shows that login or pay now.And in pay now option there are only two modes of payment net banking and PayPal.I am using lyf wind 6 phone Android version 5.1.1 and also I am using the latest version of bookmyshow
