Hai am from tumkur, i had booked 2 tickets at prashantha tumkur, for which an amount of rs 156 (Twice i tried deducted 312 in my account) was deducted from my account. I had use my canara bank debit card. But i got a msg stating my transaction has failed as the cinema has not responded due to some reason, but have not received the payment of rs312. The refund for the amount charged was duly refunded on the 14th of June 2016.
Be rest assured the amount charged for the unsuccessful transaction would be refunded back to your account within 5 to 7 working days and incase of a nationalized bank 10 working days.
Kindly check your updated statement after mentioned period and assist us with the screen shot of the updated statement from the date of transaction till date in case of any discrepancies.
