Hi. Am Bharathi. Cell no: [protected]. I booked a movie ticket costs Rs.70 through Bookmyshow. For this I paid Rs.46 from bms wallet & remaining through mobikwik further linked by State bank of India online. While the transaction process get failed the amnt remains in my bms wallet but not yet refund the balance amnt to my sbi or mobikwik wallet.. We did get this checked to the core and see that the mentioned transaction has not been charged by bookmyshow. Please get in touch with the concerned/ payment related source for this as they would be in a better position to assist you with this Bharathi.
