On December 2021, I purchased a front load washing machine from your esteemed company. Regrettably, the machine ceased functioning on March 18, 2024, which prompted me to reach out to your customer service center for assistance.
A service technician visited my residence and diagnosed the problem as a faulty drum, necessitating replacement. I was informed that the cost of this repair would amount to Ten Thousand, and I would receive a two-month warranty on the replaced component.
Needless to say, I am deeply disappointed by this development. A washing machine is a significant investment, and it is disheartening to encounter such a malfunction within just two and a half years of its purchase.
