On a great regret I am composing this mail, having believed in BOSCH company, as good brand, bought Bosch True mixx Mixer Grinder 750W MGM6641BIN, On 14/03/2021 from BOSCH Authorized Dealer: Maharashtra Electronics, Old Mumbai - Pune Hwy, Pimpri-Chinchwad, Maharashtra 411018.
Grinder has defect and its jar got stuck to base and could not be able to remove. After raising ticket, Technician arrived and he also was not able to remove the same. The person who picked up mixer said you might have used solid things to grind which was not acceptable when it being used for grind chutney and not stones
I took follow up with technician and always provide me the phone numbers of third person Or office to get update which I see a very pathetic that Bosch asking customer to follow up with local vendors.
This is not acceptable response from the responsible person at the reputed brand
After Registering for service on 24th May 2021, with Reference number [protected], the service executive picked up the product on 8th June 2021, and told within 4-5 days you will get the product back after repairing. Since then whenever I contact that technician and send email to service.[protected]@bosch-home.com I just get response that they have done high priority escalation and then no update receive as always.
On 23th June 2021 again contacted technician and he again provide me another number from service center. One more thing I has asked technician to pick complete product but he insisted that its issue of only two jars where there was no possibility check others as jar was stuck to grinder. He then only picked up grinder and 2 jars out of 4. Later when I confront him, he blamed me that he I had not asked to pick other jars where I was insisting him to pick all jars also when he visited home.
However, we respect your routine procedure, but so far we did not received a expected date of delivery. We expect a better customer service from your end.
With these service delays customers will lose faith in brand. We are disappointed as the new machine is under repair. Parts are not available at your end. We need the machine for daily use. Hence please replace the Mixer Grinder with new one.
If we do not get a favorable response from you for the above issue, we are left with no other alternative than to file complaint at the consumer court for this issue, negligence and mental agony caused. We may also share in social media for a greater audience if our request is not addressed at the earliest
