Purchased bosch 559 litres fridge on 23 Jun 21from Ankur electricals Noida. Despite repeated requests to dealer and lodging COMLAINT with bosch toll free number, no one has come to install and give demo. It is more than 50 hours.

    1. Recently I have logged complaint about the drainage pump, service engineer replaced the drainage pump and charged me 2120 where as Bosch service center told me that it is around 1800 only.

    2. Once he fitted the PUMP, my drum started making noise and than they started saying it will cost you around 10000, the same DRUM which was working before he opened the machine. even in job card he mention everything is working fine.

      I have bought a washing machine in 2017 and taken Extended Warranty as well.

      The Certificate of Extended Warranty is expiring on 26 June 2021.

      I have made a request for servicing fault repairs on 21 June 2021.

      As of date nobody has turned up to attend to my fault repair request.

      I should think this delaying tactics is to make me pay for the visiting and repair charges.

      This is not expected of a reputed company like Bosch.

      They send e-mail replies informing me that my service request has been escalated.

      I don’t know what does this mean!

      Bosch is very disappointing!

      For practical purposes one has to contact my father on[protected].

        I purchased Bosch refrigerator 5 months back and since day 1 I am facing issue with water collecting in vegetable drawer and spoiling vegitables. I raised 3 service request for the same and all service request closed without and resolutions. On my 1 request, Bosch engg came with a 3rd party vendor for attending service request, he agreed that the water inside vegetable box is in excess and need logger ( Bosch tool to do RCA) and since that in last 4 month he never came back and closing multiple service request with false comments. I had escalated this to Bosch Pune branch manager, but still not issue is not resolved.
        Bosch Home India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
        No update from Bosch team.

        No it's not resolved, Bosch service team is not at all concern, there is no escalation matrix in place. Tickets are closed without attending and you are not informed. Customer care will raise new request, if you want. Customer have no rights to escalate. Even though I escalated to Bosch operation manager here but still no outcome. Never buy Bosch product, that is a biggest mistake, I did..

          Its really a worst situation to call and follow up the service centers and people there on regular basis for solving our bosch washing machine complaint which is repeatedly being malfunctioning till date, even after getting it back from the service center two days before.
          The service people were unable to diagnose and fix it to proper condition.
          The timmer gets tripping off and error code E83 is being displayed, making the wash program to halt.
          Don't know even Reputed company like Bosch is not having the skilled workers.

          Hopping for a fast solution for the complaint. #By a good technician.

            On a great regret I am composing this mail, having believed in BOSCH company, as good brand, bought Bosch True mixx Mixer Grinder 750W MGM6641BIN, On 14/03/2021 from BOSCH Authorized Dealer: Maharashtra Electronics, Old Mumbai - Pune Hwy, Pimpri-Chinchwad, Maharashtra 411018.
            Grinder has defect and its jar got stuck to base and could not be able to remove. After raising ticket, Technician arrived and he also was not able to remove the same. The person who picked up mixer said you might have used solid things to grind which was not acceptable when it being used for grind chutney and not stones
            I took follow up with technician and always provide me the phone numbers of third person Or office to get update which I see a very pathetic that Bosch asking customer to follow up with local vendors.
            This is not acceptable response from the responsible person at the reputed brand

            After Registering for service on 24th May 2021, with Reference number [protected], the service executive picked up the product on 8th June 2021, and told within 4-5 days you will get the product back after repairing. Since then whenever I contact that technician and send email to service.[protected]@bosch-home.com I just get response that they have done high priority escalation and then no update receive as always.

            On 23th June 2021 again contacted technician and he again provide me another number from service center. One more thing I has asked technician to pick complete product but he insisted that its issue of only two jars where there was no possibility check others as jar was stuck to grinder. He then only picked up grinder and 2 jars out of 4. Later when I confront him, he blamed me that he I had not asked to pick other jars where I was insisting him to pick all jars also when he visited home.

            However, we respect your routine procedure, but so far we did not received a expected date of delivery. We expect a better customer service from your end.

            With these service delays customers will lose faith in brand. We are disappointed as the new machine is under repair. Parts are not available at your end. We need the machine for daily use. Hence please replace the Mixer Grinder with new one.

            If we do not get a favorable response from you for the above issue, we are left with no other alternative than to file complaint at the consumer court for this issue, negligence and mental agony caused. We may also share in social media for a greater audience if our request is not addressed at the earliest

                I bought Bosch 8kg 5 star 1400RPM INVERTOR TOUCH CONTROL FULLY AUTOMATIC FRONT LOAD WITH HEATER SILVER (WAJ28262IN) ON 30.01.2021 after analysis, company performance & rating.
                But Now, expensive cloths are being teared by washing machine. Firstly I did not believe BUT IT WAS REAL . I thoroughly checked and confirmed that this is machine fault.
                Then I raised complaint against Bosch company( Complain ID-[protected]), they just sent a service engineer and he found also that washing machine is tearing clothes and serious problem. But after it, there is no response from Bosch company, I again raise the complaint(no.-[protected]) but there is no any follow up regarding this serious isse.
                Still my claim cost of tearing clothes are around 15, 000 to 20, 000 INR.
                If high priced of washing machine of bosch machine is tearing of clothes then machine has no use .

                it is my request to resolve my problem as soon as possible.

                  I brought my second washing machine from Bosch due to quality. i bought washing machine on 13.06.2021 from your brand store at vadodara. (shree parshwanath Enterprise) sales person Ms. Binita Bhatt. i received the product on same day. after 3 days i open the pack of machine i found the door of washing machine found tilted and put pressure every time to lock the door. i immediately complain and sent some photos on Binita''s what app no: [protected]. and asked to resolved this issued. after 2days one engineer dtd 18th June Mr Azaz has visited for repairing. he has and given reports to your Brand store. till date no response from them. I told her not to repaired as i brought new product from your stores its should be in proper conditions. and requested to replace this machine on immediate basis. till date not received any call or action taken from them. till date i am unable to use this produce i kept as it is in my house. after spending of Rs. 35000/-. i am unable wash my clothe. is this BOSCH product / service in india. Shame on this. i am using BOSCH product since 2013. Now time to change the perspective of BOSCH brand image in world. its GERMAN product. one day i saw BMW in damage condition immediate one recovery van came in immediate put cover on it. why its the image of BMW cars. Now time to lost trust on BOSCH product due to not giving immediate response and replacement of damage product.

                    First Complain logged on 21 May 2021 and no resolution till date (19 June2021), Email complaint Posted on 12 June2021 and till date no action. No one even responds to tweets, messenger replies. Bosch is the Worst product to buy.

                    I’m writing this email to complain about your service and product issue.

                    We have been using Bosch Dishwasher appliance since 2017 as we always believed the quality of product was far better as compared to other market models which were cheaper and equivalent. We bought this product with a BRAND reputation and we wanted our OLD parents to live a peaceful life with less daily chores.

                    Unfortunately my belief is shattered now as we faced a product issue last month during mid May (17 May2021).
                    Due to ongoing lockdown, we finally decided to log a complain with Bosch using online system on 21 May 2021 (via SMS), complaint number[protected].

                    After registering the complaint, we got a call from your Service Partner (Galaxy Enterprises, Noida) to visit and check the dishwasher.
                    Service engineer arrived 4 days later finally after we chased him every day to visit after reminders.

                    After the visit on 26 May, it was concluded that the power supply is faulty and it needs replacement. We were also told verbally by the engineer that it will take 1week for the same to be delivered as delays are expected due to lockdown.

                    Since 26 May and till date, we have been asking Galaxy enterprises for a firm date of part to be replaced but we don’t get any proper answers.

                    You can yourself see from mail below that there is a committed date and i just spoke to them on phone with no answers still.

                    My question to BOSCH Service is that as follows:

                    1. Complaint was logged with BOSCH then why a service partner was sent who don’t know the status of parts and have no customer handling skills?
                    2 if a service part is required, it should be easily visible in system that when it will be received? Galaxy Enterprises have not been sharing the information transparently.
                    3. When will my part arrive and be replaced, i need firm dates from BOSCH Service?

                    I also want to launch a formal complaint against Galaxy Enterprises for service deficiency, i assume that this email is treated as a COMPLAINT and necessary action taken.

                    As a consumer, i would prefer not to buy any BOSCH appliances again for life as this episode has shattered by experience of buying German products.

                        Dear BSH Consumer Care
                        I have the above machine Serial Number[protected] purchased around 2008 in Mumbai from your Showroom

                        It has give us good service till early this year. Sometime around 3 months ago we handed it over to your service center in Pune. After more than 3 months we have been informed that since the machine is over 13 years old you are unable to find the necessary spares to repair it.

                        Instead as a good will offer you have offered a good discount on a new Coffee maker

                        I also understand that the similar model has been discontinued in India and you the only beans to coffee machine is a built in machine which costs over Rs 2 lacs !

                        This reflects very badly on BSH and i would request some solution be found to repair my machine or obtain an identical machine at discounted price from your overseas operations where it is available

                          I purchased my bosch washing machine in aug 2016, thinking bosch to to one of the best appliance. Now not more than 5 years, the drum has broken down with rust( as said by the technician). and he says drum may cost 10000!! Thinking why i spend my money by opting for a bosch, i could have easily bought any other company washing machine for half the price, and would have lasted more than this...

                            Recently on 31st may, I registered a complaint regarding my washing machine stopping in the middle of wash with tap symbol blinking, so next day the technician visited but was not able to identify the problem so he left collecting service charger without without giving bill. Yesterday I registered new complaint requesting new technician but there no response form customer care they referred me to same technician and he is not lifting my call. So kindly request you to look into this issue.

                              I have a two door fridge of Bosch purchased in 2016.The bottom fridger door was not closing properly hence we comlained on 19 may. Technicialn visited and adjusted the gasket. Cleaned the motor and compressor behind the fridge as he said it is getting heated up.
                              Complain number[protected].
                              There was no process of identifing authenticity of the bosch service provider nor did we get any receipt from bosvh for Rs 800/- service charge. Even no feedback call from Bosch which should be must
                              After that we found that the ice is not forming in the fridger. So we lodged complaint again. Same person visited and said gas is chocked up and after twodays he sent two persons who did some work. But now the entire fridge is not working.
                              We are very much apprehensive about genuinity of service providers. Also we want to pay to Bosch certified mode with a receipt. Why should we pay to the service provider on his google pay ?

                                Dear Official,

                                Warranty_Complaint_[protected] raised to BOSCH on 10.05.2021.Refrigerator gone dead due to faulty Inverter module on 06.05.2021.Same incident happened in the month of April'20 during warrenty.Now it has been happened after warrenty period.I have raised that the same is happening due to faulty design of module/any internal issue with refrigerator.
                                But they are misguiding that due to voltage surge this had happened.But in service report they are mentioning due to high voltage the incident occured.But I am having Voltage stabilizer.It is installed to avoid any high voltage fluctuation for additional safety.All specifications of voltage stabilizer submitted to BOSCH also.Where clearly mentioned by stabilizer company that it arrest sudden spike in voltage also.Although Refrigerator manufacturing company confirms that their product does not require any additional voltage stabilizer.Though I have installed stabilizer for additional safety.

                                In such condition I had requested to extend product warrenty period as much as possible.For this I am ready to give charges also. I have written several mails also for this.

                                But company is not entertaining me and showing vague reason, as they are cheating with the customer by suppressing their internal product design issue.As such incidents happened 2 time in almost 1 and half year.

                                Now after several trying through mail and telephonic conversation, I am writing this to your forum for resolution.Frankly speaking last 1 & half year I could not use this fridge satisfactorily.At present I am severely suffering during this lock down period.

                                Please help to have extended warrenty or company will replace this refrigerator with new one with extended warrenty.Extended warrenty charges shall be borne by me.

                                    I have purchase a Chimney and Hobs of Bosch products from Sahu Agency, Patrakarpuram, Lucknow 226010 on 20th April 2021.
                                    After purchaging for Installation of these products, technician charge Rs 1550, but not provide me any authorized receipt . When I complained to Bosch customer service, got no solution. Bosch company not certified that, that amount is correct or not?
                                    My complain become mocking for Bosch Company.

                                      This is in regards to my service request number[protected] which was registered on 19th April 2021.

                                      I have a bosch 2 door refrigerator of around 400 ltrs. I registered a complaint of PCB failure (as per my knowledge) and the technician did visit and ordered for a display unit. within a week my fridge just stopped working at all.
                                      Your intelligent staff including the technician and the branch guy named Achit assumed that the controller or condenser is gone without any visit. It was told to me that the part will be available by 10may then 14th may and them 18 may. The part or technician has not arrived yet. NO communication what so ever.

                                      I had chosen Bosch keeping in mind that the brand like BOsch will have world class service. I am disappointed to core.

                                      I am being told that a brand like Bosh doesn't have part available as it is lock down . Are you serious?

                                      I have waited for 18days for a part replacement without a fuctional fridge at my home. Hope someone in Bosch understands, how it feels.

                                      Either I need a part replaced by ASAP or I am going for consumer forum and social media which I am well capable of.
