Bosch Home India — new dishwasher purchase - defective piece delivered

Purchased a new Bosch Dishwasher SMS66GI01I from Mathias Appliances, Bosch Exclusive Outlet, Mangalore, Karnataka on 16-Dec-2024. The piece was delivered the next day and at the time of installation the Bosch engineer found that the piece was defective. We requested the new piece replacement, and we were informed that this will be replaced in the next few days. On following up with dealer we are informed that piece to piece replacement will take 15 business day and going for a refund would take 24 business days. We are not getting enough support from the service center or the dealer. We are highly disattisfied with this brand.
