Bosch — Washing Machine Issue - Complaint Number [protected]

Hi Bosh,

Terribly upset with the product and service.

Only elderly people at home where the washing machine suddenly stopped working with cloths in water inside.

Raised the complaint on 20th April and technician visited. Without inspecting much declared the board has complaint. Didn't even assisted in removing the cloths. With no assistance from the Bosh team, the cloths are inside decaying from last 4 weeks.

Multiple calls to customer center and sending us pillar to post, they are saying they don't have the replacement part.

No one has the curtesy to even come and help in removing the cloths. Overconfidently technician says he has seen cases where dress is inside the tub for more than 2 months. That clearly reveals how bad is the service experience of Bosh.

Very unreliable. If you have only old parents at home, I would advise not to by a Bosh product.
