Box8 — fake marketing and poor customer care

On 22 August, I saw an offer in box8 saying that if order on that day, I will get 30% off and if I pay via paytm I will get 100 cash back.So I ordered food from there and paid via paytm.I got 30% off but didn't getwcashback.So I had chat with the customer care regarding the issue.They said that there are terms and conditions andI should have ordered for a minimum of 300 to redeem the cash back.Obviously there was no way to know the terms and conditions.When I told them about that they understand the mistake and as a token of apology promised me a coupon worth 100 which I was supposed to receive in my registered phone number before 25th August.I didn't receive it.So I contacted them again on 27th.Then they told me that I will get it before 28th morning.Nothing happened.So I tried to contact them again but they are not replying for my messages.Strict action should be taken against them.

They provide the 2 min for cancle the order . I cancelled my order with in 1 min then also they said your refund could not be processed..

Sir amount is not small so I won't forget it..
Pls help me in this refund

I had placed an order and paid through PayPal but within 5 minutes I had to cancel my order but I did get the refund.
