I ordered a veg meal today and the salad inside had a piece of chicken.
I was separating the salad and there was something weird in it, out of curiosity i took a bite and i realised it was chicken.
Today is tuesday and we dont eat chicken or even eggs today.
because of your ‘lack of awareness’ it happened and please make sure your complaint platforms are working well because i have a issue with that too.

Placed order on 5th Nov in Box 8 (online food ordering) for which order didn't got placed and the amount was deducted. Yet the amount is not refunded.
Contact number provided by box 8 is not reachable. Dropped mail but no acknowledgement.

I have ordered food from box8 couples of time and they have served me but this time they are saying that they no more deliver on this location. Highly not acceptable.
And i donno y but i have 150 credit amount with me box8 money but not able to use it. I get several msgs o[censored]se code for discount but not able to use those code. Nor customer service are providing any kind of solution.

I order food and cancel with in 30sec. But not receive refund. Company massage receive refund initiated. Massage is-refund of rs.353.0 for your box8 order [p50g7l] with transaction id [bx8247325815411364361022] has been initiated from our end.

This is send a message from our side but money was not received please take action want be my money back.. Box8 customer service care very poor of response i talk but suddenly cut the call take action immediately sir refund my money

Have faced an issue with coupens for which have initial review

Next time when i ordered, have got alternet option food items!

Whirlpool ordering i double checked, what my order preferences are, still when i received a box, if contained something else!??. This has happened multiple times with me.

This seems to be an usual issue with box8

On 22 August, I saw an offer in box8 saying that if order on that day, I will get 30% off and if I pay via paytm I will get 100 cash back.So I ordered food from there and paid via paytm.I got 30% off but didn't getwcashback.So I had chat with the customer care regarding the issue.They said that there are terms and conditions andI should have ordered for a minimum of 300 to redeem the cash back.Obviously there was no way to know the terms and conditions.When I told them about that they understand the mistake and as a token of apology promised me a coupon worth 100 which I was supposed to receive in my registered phone number before 25th August.I didn't receive it.So I contacted them again on 27th.Then they told me that I will get it before 28th morning.Nothing happened.So I tried to contact them again but they are not replying for my messages.Strict action should be taken against them.

I had placed an order on 19th july for which i was charged twice for the same order. I had contacted the bank for the same and they confirmed that the amount has been credited to box 8 twice and should be refunded. I have also spoken to paytm team and they also confirmed that the amount has been credited to the vendor's account already.
I tried to reach box 8 finance team but was unable to contact them.
I want my money to be refunded.

Beware of box8 - ordered chicken kabab peshwari and amritsari chloe rice - i get chicken kababs stacked on amritsari choke box and top it all this box was in non veg packing. Other box had chicken gravy and rice in vegetarian box.
This created problem for veg and non veg guys and had to be thrown.
Where is quality checks?
Call center guys also did not support on this conplaint

Highly dissatisfied with the services Box 8 provide since i have placed an order @10.37 pm and i didn't got my order till 11.40 pm its...more than 1 hr i have wait for the dinner ..
really pathetic service @ night timing, we couldn't cancel the order coz of late night.
Going forward we will not order from Box 8 unless i will be compensated for this delay ...

My order C3I9UX from Box8 Mumbai was cancelled on September 11.
My refund of INR 186.0 has not been processed yet though the executive
lied to me that I would receive my refund in 5-7 days.

Box8 has not been able to provided the transaction reference Number or UTR No. for the transaction. The incompetent customer support executive asked me to coordinate with my Bank instead.

I shall sue Poncho Hospitality since they are not able to provide proof of the refund.

My order id hp2kjl i ordered one panner sandwich one veg mayo wrap and one non veg mayo wrap.in panner sandwich i found hard polythene and instead of veg mayo wrap they give me non veg mayo wrap they hurt my sentiments i will seriously take a big action against them. How can give a non veg wrap to a vegetraian person. I need a stict action on them. There box also doesn't contain the mark of veg and non veg sign.

I ordered food using Box8 last week in Bangalore by phone because their app was not working. What a terrible experience it was - the food was absolutely disgusting despite the tiny quantity. I could not eat it. When I called up customer service, they just acted rudely dismissive and said they would get back to me (which they haven't). No response to any emails. I feel cheated and feel like this company does not deserve to exist.

For food and was delivered by 2.30 pm by your bou after delivery after 2.15 minutes and food was trashed to dustbin

We have called your customer care centre twice. They are like customer harassment centre. First time they told me they will compensate same by same food delivery next day by 1 pm

2nd customer care representative said we will not give compensation as I used promo code and no time guarantee of 38 minutes

Your feed back, I called annoyed . They annoyed me more by my 17 minutes talk. They offered me 5 promo coupons of 40% cashback, whereas Mobikwik is offering 60% discount

Sir please stop harrassment business. Do not offer promo discount by hiking prices. And compensation is must for late delivery beyond 30-45 minutes.

Please Sir, stop cheating customers and fraudulent offer of discounts

Please change name of your customer care department to customer harrassment department.

Please change name of feedback department as police department.

I have wasted my money on your food.

Management is Pathic and fraudulent sending message that CS will call but never bothered to call me.

Sir I order food on 30.08.2015 with bill no 255817 at indiabulls center at 10.00 PM but that order was not delivered by them. I just got a massage on that day that your order is accepted but after that you gave no information about this order. Because of their fault me and two of my friend stay hungry at that night. I had a screen shot of the same. kindly look into this matter and solve soon as possible.

date - 27th July 2016 Time - 2:07 pm - I place an order on Foodpanda at the One Indiabulls Outlet of Box. Receive an order conformation immediately as evident from the messages I get from Foodpanda, Box8 and my bank for the Amount Rs.194 debited as the total bill. Estimated time for order to reach is 40mins as mentioned in the message. 2:54pm - I call the Box8 helpline to trace my order. They tell me its on the way. Multiple calls were made after that for them to tell me my order has left and is on the way. 2 hrs later at 4:03pm I get a call from the same person asking me to confirm my address proving that my order hadn't actually left the vendor. After a call made to the office to cancel my order asking for a refund, I was denied the same. Eventually I didn't receive my order or my refund. I Have wasted my time and the whole process. I poses evidences in the form of messages and call logs to all the facts stated.
