Brand Factory Online — product not delivered even after 4 months and not even refund | |||||
I have placed an order on brand factory online with order id 81130 on 30th june on 8th july i got the message as product is delivered but actually not so i raised the concern by calling through customer care and they raised the complaint with reference bf[protected] on 4th september and after that i have called them almost some 100 times and every time response is issue will be sorted by friday so far issue not sorted and i asked for refund and it is also not processed. And there will be change in the complaints numbers every time latest one is bf[protected]. Please help me in getting the refund for my issue along with some compensation and as well as fine to company as it is impacted almost 100's of customers informed by call center and people never calls me back until i called them to get update on my issue and i have gone terribly frustrated and through friend advice i am reaching you to get this issue sorted. i have raised many complaints from last 3 months and no luck from your side at last i raised complaint here and now i need my money along with compensation in form of money not in form of your conditional coupons.try to understand the situation of me and no user will have patience to wait for these many months to get an order.
