[Resolved]  Bridgestone Tyre — Warranty claim

I also have aproblem like that. they gave me a similar report . my tyre blasted within 1000 kms, of my Ford Fiesta.
They will spit anything for marketing but in real no service no Quality...

Take him to consumer court.
first get it examined by some expert.
try to get on TV shows on CNBC etc

We have purchased 4 tyres for our indica car MH-12 CK2866 from your dealer M/S Prabhat Tyres, Pune.Within 2-3 months time the front left tyre got punctured and wire thread came out.Pl. note the following:

1. We have not driven the car after the wheel is punctured .
2.We reached at our destination (home) till that time there was sufficient air pressure in the tyre.The road on which we were travelling is good (prabhat road).So it is surprising , when we took it to repair the puncture , it is observed the wire came out.So we request you since hardly[protected] km is only travelled, tyres are brand new.We request you to replace this tyre immediately without any delay.
3.Tyre is lying for inspection with M/S Prabhat Tyres , so pl. do the needful at the earliest possible.The comments passed by your Engr. are not at all acceptable to us since they are not valid coments.

I drove on a level crossing, 60km per hr. Milage on car 5001km, Golf 6 GTI. Tyre packed up. Cost to replace. R4k per tyre. Went to Bridgestone and the manager says that many people come with the same problem. Money making racket. Phoned VWSA to find out why these tyres are recommended for the GTI, no response.

Some time it happens as with me i had purchased a new veh with bridgestone tyres but the conditions of the tyres are worst after running 22000, as far as earlier in my other vehicle tyres covered near about 60000.so i am also in worry after comparing this data surely something is going to be wrong in the manufacturing or the basic material compositions. On this basis company get the repo if this is the situations then no body will buy Bridgestone tyres.
If some one from the manufacturer reading this then please do some favour of your company by improving the quality & settle down the customer complaints.

I had also regd. the complaint on the customer care but don't know how seriously they will take.

I took a bridgestone tyre and it got punctured in less than 15 kms o[censored]se. The dealer says that I have run over a punctured tyre, it cannot be replaced. IMAGINE, one tyre one day scenario forrunning the cars. The tyres would be sold everywhere to keep the cars running!!, everyday in morning we will be off to 'tyre replacement' shop and then start the day. All people in queue getting tyres replaced...quite a scene!!

I purchased TATA indigo ecs fitted with Bridge stone tyre in Aug '12. Only after running 4000 km one of tyre bulge out by 1.5 inches dia I took the car to bridge stone authorities who after inspection instantly declared that it was due to hard hitting although there was no mark of hitting.I explained that my car run in only on high ways/good roads.After long debate he advised me to bear 50% cost of a new tyre and he shall replace the damaged one. I just wonder a MNC company having high degrees of quality control certificates can deal their customer world wide in such a way without conceding manufacturing defect by passing the bucks to customer.It also TATA motors can afford to loose confidence of their valued customer.by providing inferior quality bought in items.

It seems Bridgestone B250 fitted with my new fluidic Verna is the worst possible tyre I have ever seen. 1 tyre developed a crack within 3 months and the next a hole within 7 months. I know their warranty is just a false promise and I don't expect any better service from bridgestone. The executive will say these are externally inflicted as if I run my car in a rally. I am reporting this to public forums and I know it won't affect bridgestone as there are too many complaints already posted. I won't buy any bridgestone and would try to spread the awareness so that people doesn't suffer like me with a false belief that bridgestone make good tyres. Thank you

I got Bridgestone B250 tyres fitted as standard on my new Fluidic Verna 2014 model. Within 4 months o[censored]sage the right hand side front tyre developed a small air bulge. I ignored and another tyre which is on right hand side rear developed a big air bulge. On one day on a National Highway the rear tyre air bulge burst and the tyre has to be replaced. Until now i always felt that i shoud have informed the showroom to get it replaced as it is under warranty, but now i see it is of no use as they won't bother. It was replaced with spare tyre. Within no time again air bulge appeared on the spare wheel as well. Out of 5 tyres that came, 3 developed bulges. Upon raising a complaint, they simply said it is not due to manufacturing defect and of rough use. I never drove on rough roads and off roads. I will never ever buy Bridgestone again. To all those reading this, I came to know that Yokohama offers warranty until half of the tyre life, even if bulges due to rough use or even when tyre bursts due to hitting stone. I came to know from a Dealer. You guys enquire as well and go for it rather than Bridgestone. We need reliable customer care and service not just brand name.

Worse tyres, two tyres have swollen bumps (goose eggs) on sides in me Verna Fludic,

Faridabad Bridgestone is not entertaining at all. Customer care is worst in tyre segment. Faridabad TSD (Deepak Singh) [protected] is the worst person I interacted with.

Don't go with Brand name, go with one who can provide after sales service.

We are Operating a Mining Industries Name of Jat and Jat infrastructure (P) Ltd, & we have 17-20 or > than Heavy vehicle of our company . we have purchase tyre in your dealer Name of Arun tyre (P) Ltd. after few days tyre was damesed . so i complaned in your dealer but No response given by your reputed company dealer . i request to solve my case as soon as possibl, after that we taken tyre of your company.

Dear sir,

Exactly one year back I had purchased all 04 numbers Bridges tyre from Shiva's Tyre Banaswadi Bangalore.

Tyre size will be 165/65 R13 but I felt that quality is very poor,

Because my driving is around the Bangalore city only.

From the date of purchase till date Max to max 1300 kms run my car. But front Left tyre already cracked condition.

So kindly look into this matter very special and replace under warranty Immidiyetly
