I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the service I received. My tyre got cut, and I visited your authorized dealer Sangam Tyres for assistance. However, despite visiting, my problem was not resolved, and I did not receive any satisfactory support.

I am surprised and dissatisfied with the kind of service being provided under the Bridgestone brand name. I expect a reputed company like Bridgestone to ensure better customer service and prompt resolution of genuine tyre issues.

Kindly look into this matter urgently and provide me with a proper solution at the earliest.
