Bridgestone Tyres India — complaint in tyre

I have purchased tyre and tube for my innova car from your authorised dealer raj tyres of mp nagar bhopal on dated 22.11.2017 via bill no 87196 and later on after only two months i found that tyre is swallowed from one corner and accordingly i reported to your dealer and he was also convinced with the defect and then he informed that a company man mr sharma from indore will verify the condition. Initially he was convinced and asked me to meet dealer but i asked him why should i meet dealer then he refused to replacement of tyre which is very astonishing and shows very bad impression of the company. The big company bridgestone this sort of practice does not look nice and customer will lost their faith on the compant. I request you please issue the necessary instructions for its replacement.
