This is a less than one month old pack and claims it's validity for 3 month. We bought a few packs yesterday. Kids in my family already consumed some by the time we noticed fungus in this pack.

One of the kids in my family has got serious stomach infection by consuming it. I want to ask britannia what do they mean by their tagline, "eat healthy think better"?...

I purchased a packet of marie gold biscuits recently and one of the biscuits had hair in it. I didn't bother to eat the rest of the biscuits so can't say anything about them. I am sharing a picture of the biscuit i was eating. The biscuit is split into two and is being held together by the hair which is inside it. Please email me on dennis. G. In the biscuits of Mari Gold Pack, a small insect is found stuck on the biscuit. This is not the first time; earlier too, a small insect was found in the biscuits of Good Day. This is not only disrespectful to look at, but also extremely unhygienic. It is a matter of great shame for the company, its owners, and its employees for this to happen to such a big brand. The quality of the products is not checked before sending them to the market; the name of the bad and poor quality is Britannia.

I have ordered for the required products from Shree Samarth Agencies, Shop no.01 & 02, Suyog sadan, Kalyan - 421102 and the Salesman took our order and the Salesman also offered to buy some chips that were newly launched but I denied and today i.e on 27/02/2024 I saw delivery was made on other shops but not on our's then I called on phone to Salesman he said that because you cancelled to buy those chips the company has cancelled your whole order. So my complain is regarding the same the Company/Distributor or any Salesman can not make the customer forcefully buy any his product and nor he can cancel the other order on the grounds that customer is not purchasing a particular product. I request you to look into this matter because the customer has its own right to buy the product as per his needs and No one can force him to buy a certain product.

I want urgent feedback and action towards this issue.

I sended my cv at particular e-mail imposing as hr from Britannia they asked documents of mine and than gave a confirmation letter which require 450 of charge as courier deposit than after again 1500 for security deposits and further .please look through it and this is the QR code of the person imposing as HR

One week ago, I got a call and a woman said that she is from Britannia and it is a telephonic interview round . Then Today, I got a call saying my CV is selected for a GET role at Britannia. They provided a number to send her ID Proof and a passport photo and I did. After few mins she said I was selected for the post. After i received a confirmation mail. And in that mail I have to pay an amount of Rs.2500 for uniform charges which she said will be refunded on the joining day. Familiar right? I know. Same case as stated by @Ambitious25. Luckily I didn't lose any money as I decided to do some research first. Then came across this. This cannot continue. I want necessary actions to be taken by the official company. Thank you.

I am running shop sri vinayaga malligai store and buying britannia biscuits for my shop every week from jai agencies, namakkal-637001 since 2017. Today 6th jan 2024, was the worst day delivery person harasses us during delivery time.
1. Every time delivery person hesitate to check and give the product. And once we found some biscuts missing we complaint and now they checking the product during delivery. Sometimes evennow they still dont check.
2. Biscuits are comes with the cartonbox. Once they check the buscuits during delivery, they takeaway the cartonbox with them. We ask them we need carton box to store buscuits as already buiscuts are filled in the rack. But delivery guy said us to store somewhere.
Here the harrasment starts he threating us to takeback the buiscuts. And he takeback all the buiscuits i have ordered for the 6th jan 2024.
3. Also complaint to salesman, he taking too much risk to take orders and this type of delivary guys spoiling the britannia company name. Delivery person is staring at us and speaking roughly. And take all the orders back and went. Salesman said he will speak with the owner as he is on leave today..
4. We always face the problem with the delivery guy, if we ask them to check they take away the carton box. And if we not asked him to check he deliver the product and leave the carton box with the buiscuits.

I ordered this product big packet by big basket on 9december 2023. Found some outside element which can harm human body. Not sure is it hair or some material thread. Quality of biscuits is so bad. This is not happened just once. Again and again it's happening. Specially in this pack. That's why I have to think to do complaint about it.
I just wanted to bring to your notice that Marie gold was a trusted brand in my childhood but Now a days the quality of biscuits are very low .
Every middle class family eats those biscuits but even you can't provide it quality biscuits we are paying for it . We are not purchasing those biscuits to throw it . Few kids bring merie gold biscuit as snacks to schools just think of there health.

Hi i received call from company that I have been selected for assistant manager post and need to pay 520 so that they will send appointment letter and i received QR code and account details, is this true r fake kindly resolve my doubt

1 week back i got a call which says it is from britannia industries, I was applying for jobs at that time. They shared that if I am looking for GET role and they give a positive feed back and sent me the mail address to sent my resume and details. ( [protected]@britanniacareer.in ) this was the e-mail address and it feels genuine to me. I sent the resume to this.

Today I get an email showing that i was selected for GET post and it was attached with 4 pdfs which includes appoinment letter, and 3 others. It looks genuine with proper Britannia logo and all. I contacted the number provided in the pdf, and the guy help me through the process. Asked my passport size photo and id proof for making ID CARD for britannia industries. He asked the size of T- shirt, pant, shirt and shoes. In the end he asked me to pay 2550 for senting the parcel to me which inlude all these, and says this 2550 will be refunded 1 week after work.

By looking through the online forum I realised I was frauded. But before senting the money I tried contacting Britannia Industries wesite number of Banglore, but there were no response. Please respond to the phone calls so that we can eliminate this fraudant cases.
