[Resolved] Britannia Industries — stale and rotten britannia veg. cake | |||
We bought Britannia veg. Cake on 24th July from D-Mart, Anand, Gujarat.After opening the seal of cake packet two fungal spots were found with rotten smell of the product and at that same day we wrote to the Britannia customer care. They sent complaint number on the very next day. till date we are keeping follow up to know about their step regarding our complaint but we are very disappointed with their poor response. so now, i want you help me in this matter. hoping for quick and fruitful reply from your side.
