[Resolved]  British Council India — Delay in sending official scores to universities

Hi, I had personally visited British Council, Delhi office to request delivery of my IELTS score via courier i.e 1250 bucks option on 15th Jan 2014 to one Canadian university. Their executive told me it would take 4-5 working days to process and they would text/email me the tracking code. Since then i have been following up with them daily over phone calls, but they are not able to give a proper response on the delays.Its already 27th Jan and i haven't received any kind of confirmation. I have my university deadline on 31st Jan and i am really disappointed with poor level of satisfaction provided by them. Please let me know if there's a way to sort this out. Thanks Ajay
