British Council India — Mental Agony caused by Generating Incorrect Scorecard and Unresponsive in Providing Refund

I took the IELTS exam on 9th January, 2021. The scorecard that was generated had the incorrect photograph. When communicated this to British Council India there was no response for sometime. Raised a Twitter complaint to British Council, post which British Council responded. They first called me and asked me to courier the scorecard to them. Within a day, their verdict changed and they now asked me to either resit the exam or take the full refund. I expressed my disappointment over the entire wasted day of Jan 9th and the various plans I cancelled to take the test on the scheduled date. No response. Even raised a twitter complaint for the same. No response. Finally I decided on taking the refund in order to give the PTE, but for the last 2 days British Council India cannot receive my mails as their mail box is full. I am completely blocked on several fronts due to this. Requesting your help here.
Additionally, on 9th Jan (day of exam) biometric could not be done as a functional came was not available. We were made to wait for more than an hour (hungry and tired) after the exam just to get the biometric done, which even then was not done efficiently given the wrong photograph on the scorecard.
