Hi,

I had inadvertently submitted my original trf to world education services in canada, along with a couple of other documents.

Upon requesting for a duplicate trf from british council, they refused to re-issue it.

I have successfully cleared the ielts test and demand a duplicate trf as wes cannot send my original back to me as per organisation policy.

If i have cleared the test, i believe i am entitled to a duplicate of my score card.

This seems like a method of extorting money from candidates by compelling them to take the ielts test again, which cost nothing less than rs. 12000/- each.

I am contemplating taking a legal action against their policy of not re issuing a trf for candidates who have mistakenly sent the original to wes.

Please advise.
