[Resolved]  Airtel Broadband And Fixed Landline — BEWARE - HORRIBLE SERVICE TEAM IN BANGALORE

Dear Patrons,
I am writing this complaint after a frustrating experience with Airtel Broad-band service.

I have been a Airtel Broad-band customer for 5 year now and I requested for a relocation of the Airtel connection 2 months ago, to my new residence which is located in the next road in Cooke Town.

Till Date, the relocation has not been completed. Every day I call up Airtel customer Care, which is a frustration by itself and complain. Yet nothing has been done.

I finally got across to the person named Mr Anand who claimed he is responsible and will ensure that the work is completed and this was on the 12th of October.

Today is the 17th of October and still nothing has been done. Today I am trying to reach Mr Anand from Airtel, but his mobile phone is switched off. Without exageration, I have probably made more than 50 calls so far, without success.

WHAT IS HAPPENING AIRTEL ? Why is your customer service so poor ? I am now thinking of switching my service to some other Provider. This is probably the reason that Airtel's revenue is going down !!
