[Resolved] Airtel Broadband — Billing Issue | |||
Hi This varun i am using airtel IPTV since last 2 years . last month i had some issues with my connection so i raised a request online n over the phone also. so tech said my computer is not working now call us later. i suggested him i am free only for today, i wouldn't be able to complaint again n register my complaint. he said it;s ok. n cut the phone when i received my bill it shows i have to pay same amount which i usually paid every month. but my iptv was not working for 8-10 days. so i called him guys he said i cannot give any resolution. n we have deducted 100 late fee. then i complaint again online through service request, they have closed all my service requests. so this is happening with me . y should i pay full charges. please give me resolution ASAP. Just wanted to lodge a serious complaint against Airtel Broadband for my connection [protected]. First I was trying to resolve the billing issue from the month of Sep' 11 then somehow when I got it sorted out after the Full and Final Settlement by paying INR 6043/-.
I have been getting calls from different departments of Airtel for bill payment and to retain that connection. I am going through a mental trauma and would like to file CIVIL CASE against them for harassing the customer at it limits.
I am a BP patient and whenever these guys call me I have to go through this annoying situation every time. Please help me know what's going to happen if something happens to me because of their continuous torch-er????
Airtel going to takecare of my family after my demise???
Why are they after my life???
I just want to file a case for what all I have suffered through these guys????

after settling this account and apologies from you all i am still
getting calls and bills to make the payment on this settled account.
For your information this account has been settled on 04th Dec 11 by
the payment of INR 6043/- for which i was provided with NOC and Cash
Receipt. I am again attaching the copy for the same.
Now. I am a BP patient and I am really FED UP and cant take it
anymore. Is there is anyone in your dept. who can address this issue
in humane manner as all this time i can see only false promises and
commitments.

My bill plan has been changed abruptly without my knowledge. Hence, a huge bill amount of 15000/- has been generated. I have already called many number of times to the call center asking for the correction. I have first raised the complaint on oct 7th with complaint no.5310648. I have not seen any progress nor any changes inspite of calling the customer care almost every day. The customer care is the worst, no idea whatsoever, as to how to proceed further. Airtel needs to do something about it inorder not to lose their customers.
