[Resolved] Airtel Broadband Service, Santhome — Fraud : Airtel sales team | |||
ON 25th Dec 2012, I requested broadband service in online site : http://www.airtel.in/wps/wcm/connect/airtel.in/airtel.in/home/foryou/broadband+and+fixed+line/broadband/tariffs/. On the very same day i got call from airtel sales team, and on the next day a sales person visited my home and got all my address proof and also got 1200 as initial payment for the service... His name was Riyaz : [protected] Till the date i did not get my connection and also not got the money refunded.. whenever i call customer care they say that the money will be refunded in 21... But today they saying that money will be refunded on 13 of Feb 2013 only . and sales person did not cared to attend my call once the time after he got the money and left me. I am Facing the same problem as deepak4ursmile.. We have asked for a connection in thoraipakkam from the same santhome sales branch. The customer service is very hostile and they have been delaying the connection since a long time. The number i call is [protected] We dont get a clear information on what the status is. These guys never called once they received the money.
