Since 5th Jan 13 , I am continuously complaining against the issue for the net connection , but issue is not yet resolved till date.
6th Jan 13 Airtel Technician visited our residence 1d- 1203 Dreams complex Bhandup west Mumbai concluding that Mordem/ Router is not working properly and it is to be replaced.
New Router to be replaced by Airtel as it is malfunction before 1 year , But both technical and call centre executive are asking me to replace the router by myself.
It is disappointing that both technician and Call centre executive are telling that Router is provided by sells/ Marketing people and I need to contact the person who has provided me the router , as per my understanding I have taken connection from Airtel and I am paying to Airtel and all internal issue to be resolved by Aitel
Now coming to the point Router to be replaced I have talked to Customer care 4 times
IF IT IS NOT MENDED BY TODAY 8TH JAN 13 WITHOUT ANY EXTRA CHARGES
I WOULD LIKE TO DISCONNECT MY NET AND LAND LINE CONNECTION
