[Resolved]  Airtel WiFi Connection — Non installation of Wifi connection

WiFi connection not offered till date
Dear Sir/Ma'am

Just like Mr Deepak, I also had applied for a broadband connection on 16th September 2012 and till date the installation of the broadband connection has not been done. I have already submitted the documents and paid the setup fees(Rs. 500/-), while the Wifi Modem device is available with me.

Its been an absolute mismanged affair by one person named Jaisingh (+91-[protected]) and Dev Bhardwaj (+91-[protected]) from airtel broadband. His employees approached me on 16th Sept (worth mentioning without Icard or any valid ID) and collected all the documents and setup fees from me and told that the connection will be installed with in 2 working days. Till date no one has come to install the connection.

This is despite repeated reminders on numerous occasions and constant following up the case. This certainly seems to reflect an absolute callous and unprofessional attitude by mr jai and his team. I would like Airtel to take a strong cognizance of the case which i find has been a repeated occurance with the same indl time and again. You may check for a couple of similar complaints which i came across while searching the net using his name. He seems to be a regular offender and certainly need to be taken to task.

In the wake of the above events , may i request you to approach Airtel and Mr Jai who have cheated & misguided me and either have the connection installed within the next 48 hrs else kindly refund my money so that i can approach a better and a more responsive service provider for the connection.

Kindly help me out.
