Poor Network connectivity as the net is disconnecting every day showing Destination Host/ Net unreachable, Request time out at the time of ping. 2. Customer care executive are rude and cancel the ongoing calls sometimes. 3. Field engineers / technical staff, Mr. Dinesh(Ph#[protected])/ Chandan(Ph#[protected]) is untrained . 4. Area Head Mr. Satish (Ph# [protected]) and Accounts department officer Mr. Anil (Ph# [protected]) give false guarantees of good connection. the most pathetic network .. every day its disconnecting .. from now on i will abuse hathway company on public domain sites.. u people cheat the customers .. still disconnected in the morning of 27.08.2013
