[Resolved]  Hathway Cable Internet - Chennai — Non-Refund of Modem Deposit

I have subscribed to their cable internet in March 07 and paid the quartrly usage charges in adavnce in March 07 along with refundable security modem deposit of Rs 1000 ( thier receipt no.S98972 dated 11 Mar 2007). Before I avail thier services , I was moved out of Chennai to Hyderabad and returned their modem and reqyested several times for refund of security deposit. No Action was taken for the last 6 months
