[Resolved]  Reliance Broadband / Landline — RELIANCE HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE EVER

I am a subscriber of Reliance broadband and landline service from the past 2 years. Recently, I wanted to change my plan from Rs.549 combo plan to Rs.699 plan. But just to get to talk to an executive it takes about 3-4 mins because of the Interactive voice response system.

After you finally hear a real human voice, you have to repeat details like customer ID (which was punched in earlier), name, city/place you are calling from, registered mobile no. etc then they keep you on hold to "get more info". Few minutes later, the executive again comes online and asks you few questions, and puts you on hold to "get more info". This keeps happening each and every time you call.

And generally after about 10 mins of the call (out of which you are kept on hold or facing the options from the IVR system for 9 mins) you get fed up and hang up the phone.

So basically, people waste the time, money (the call charges) and patience on incompetent system and its incompetent executives but still get no redressal of their complaints or information about services. The experience is worse if you call from the Reliance landline to Reliance customer care service as the call is never put through to an executive.... the IVR system itself decides that you don't need to talk to any executive.

So what exactly is the point of having a Customer Service if Reliance cannot provide any help?

Reliance Broadnet — Customer Service

RELIANCE - WORST ..THE WORST internet service provider
A week back I got the internet connection from Reliance broadnet - wimax 750 unlimited scheme
It worked for 3 days ...after which I got the login problem .when I try to login it says "Authentication Failed"

I raised a complaint on 8th May at 9:30 pm ...with complaint number "68279861"
and today 13th May ...there was no response from the technical department of reliance broad net..
I called customer care more tham 25 times ...its been a excercise for me to call them morning, afternoon and night ...and asking them to forward the issue with high priority on urgent basis...and they forwarded the issue to their technical dept nearly 10 times with high priority and on a urgent basis


NO repsonse ... absolutely no response and I request all those who read this, not to go for Reliance Broad net and become a unfortunate customer like me ...

NEVER TAKE RELIANCE BROAD NET CONNECTION ...WORST MARKETING AND CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE

To all the users of reliance please dont take this service they dont have a technical person around the company they are very bad in service the reason because i have been facing with internet for long time when ever i call them they are only trained on one sentence DONT WORRY SIR I HAVE BEEN ESCALETED THEY WILL CALL YOU ASP thats what the superviosr team lead every one are trained on no person to help in technical they a very bad quality service any one who reads this please understand how frustation i am and one advice for all please don not take this service

Reliance Phone — worst service

i am using reliance phone from last five years..there are many problems. i have many reliance post paid connections also, i have also given my employees postpaid connection but now i have terminated it. because of poor services, its because in past i have reliance datacard i have tried for 6 months for the termination of that card and i have paid bills of datacard for 6 months. now i want to terminate my no. 3234744 i am trying to terminate it from 2 months and i have paid 2 extra bills... i want to request reliance communication plz do the need full as soon as possible to terminate my no.

Reliance Broadband — Customer service is worst

Hi,
Reliance cusotmer care os worst cusotmer care so far i have seen. I have applied for Broad band connection (with WLAN), started not working from the 1st day. Sent mail to cusotmer care they have clsoed the compaling with out solving the problem.
More I have paid the advance for WLAN and alogn with instalation charges. While giveing the connection they said you will get the WLAN router in 2-3 days, when i complaint agian that they said no stock so we can not give WLAN conenction the amount what you paid will be deducted from next bill.
The reason for i applied for relaince because of WLAN, if that is not there i would have gone for AIRTEL..

So stoped using connection. Now i got leagal notice that you ahve to pay 2 months due.

I had applied for Reliance Broadband connection on 27th of feb. I cleared all my documents and had applied for your quarterly plan o[censored]nlimited download. However, your people after their commitment to install the connection is not good.. and u r exicitive said as one plan and he given me other plan. this is not fair. after that i known this is an other plan and i called hem but he is not lefting the mobile. i have said to the Reliance sales dept and i have complaint to Realiance Broadband number of times..

This type of service is very bad. so, i want to cancel u r service or refund my amount to my account.

My ID is[protected] and my connection was installed on 24-04-09, but ajtak[protected] main apna broadband connection use nahi kar paya hun, karan no connectivity. jab bhi coustomer care per phone karo to jawab milta hai agle 24 hourse mein apki problem sort out ho jaygi, per abhi tak wo 24 hours nahi hue hain, very poor service. Kabhi jawab milta hai apke document update nahi ho paye hain. To bataiye is mein mera kya fault hai, last 15 days se mera broadband connection installed hai per main use nahi kar pa raha hun, sirf reliance ki bad services ke karan. Kya koi mujhe batayega ki kya reliance mujhse un days ka rent nahi legi(jab tak mera connection band pada hai) Mujhe mere past complaint no to yaad nahi hain per mera latest[protected] ka complaint no.[protected] hai.

Now today i request for disconnect this connection and my request no. is[protected].

So Please close/disconnect my connection immediately, taki main kisi achi company ka broadband connection le saku jo ki proper service deti ho aur coustomer ki bat sun ker immidiate us per action leti ho.

On 26 march 2009 i mailed to customer care of reliance for the termination of all the connection due to the cost cutting policy of company.but they havent reply for the same, no action hasbeen taken from their side.several times i make a call to cuistomer care center but they havent satisfied my query.

I also went to reliance outlet but satisfied response given from them.i have been paying the bills continiously without using their services.i want to ask when customer care center executives are saying that your phones hasbeen terminated than why they are sending bills every month.???

I am requesting you to please look into this matter and do the needful.

Reliance Landline — Bad Service

I have recently got a connection for broadband with fixed line telephone from Reliance. However, since the day of installation the telephone has given me trouble. As soon as there is powerfailure the instrument goes dead. Even after restoration of power, it takes a long time for the phone to get restored. Despite several complaints no action has been taken so far by the company.

Reliance Broadband / Landline — surrendering landline phone

dear sir, we are having relience broadband connection on dated[protected].my lanline no is [protected].we have no need of this landline bcos we have already too much cell phones.please sir i request you to disconnect this landline and take your instrument back.We dont want to give 250 Rs every month.
when we call customer care then they told me to change the plan 250/ to 130/ but i have to inform u we dont want this landline at any plan.so please go through my complaint(my first request no is[protected]&second one is[protected] and resolve the problem as soon as possible.

In my mobile a new Big Audio service has been subscibed (3rd

Aug 2009) without my permission and Rs. 30 has been deducted. A SMS has been come from 5911

saying that " Dear Subsciber, You have been successfully subscribed to Big Audio service at RS. 30.00

for 30 days". Then I complained to customer care on 3rd August 2009 at 8.05 pm . I had talked to

RIM representative named Gopal and my service request number is [protected]. After 2 days this

problem had not been solved and I did not get back my deducted rupees. So, Again I contact to the

customer care on 9th August 2009 at 1:27 pm. I has talked to RIM representative named Biswajit and

my service request number is[protected]. But till now my problem has not been solved. I don't know

why RIM activate jokes and Big Audio service to my mopbile though I am not interested with that. If

this process going on and customer care does not solve my problem then I along with my other friend

circle will shift from RIM to other service. I don't know how this corporate industry will sustain their

Brand equity without satisfing the customer. I am looking forward your early action unless I have to take

a legel step to solve my problem.

I have opted relience broad band connection in the month of Feb 2009, and execute said, they will give connection with Rs. 450 with fixed landline. but in that Rs 450, they will include fixed line line rental cost..this thing the executive will not disclose. After one month(Mar) i have opted for disconnection using my land phone in front of relience broad band connection team lead and i got complaint number also. But after 5 months i got lawyer notice for not paying amount. after seeing that notice i got shocked, and i went their head office, executies are not lisiting our voice and i called helpdesk they said we are not having any request in that number and i said exact date and time also. I asked to them to check my landline details, because they i callled them through my landline phone. They said they are not having those detials. in this way releince people are behaving.
Please save the citizens in this type of problems. i dont know who will take action on against these people.
Last two weeks back i pay many foe new brand band connection my location is A.narayanapuram,
bangalore. bt still now am not get connection the sales gay give his mobil no. first two day he is attend my no. but last two day he is not responding me he is given amount paying bill than no is:[protected]. please do the need full.

Broadband plus — Worst Service

I am one of the user of Reliance Broadband plus.I am one of the director of a software company also. Around 3 months i am using this data card,but still I did not get single bill either soft copy or hard copy.Only I am getting a reminder in my mail id to pay the bill.I am unable to understand how much hours i am using the card and how my bill is so high. In fact they cut again and again my connection due to delay payment,whereas I was waiting for the bill to come. I have sent a mail 24 hours ago,still they did not respond me.I am also using Tata Photon Plus they are giving excellent service to me.I am very much upset and frustrated with Reliance Service department.

Reliance — Worst Range & Customer care

This has the worst range. I have never experienced such a tower problem in any of the other services. And from morning none of my 40 messages were getting delivered and when i called to customer care he is not at all knowing English also.
When i said him the problem he is asking to cal customer care wherein i have already calledd to cus.care only but stil he is tellin cal to customer care cal to customer care.I asked him about outgoing call list too.
And all of sudden he is tellin my documents are not submitted I CANT give that list.The next day itself i submitted all my documents and It is sooo worst thing that without able to answer my question he raised his voice and telling U HAVE NOT SUBMITTED DOCUMENTS<I CANT. it is just a LIE.... Worst Customer care.. Horrible... Better to go for some other good services

Reliance Broadband — Reliance Broadband Services

I am staying in the Bhowanipur, Kolkata. I have applied for Reliance Broadband connection on 22nd of Jan 2011. During the time of application it has been communicated to me by field engineer that the connection will be established within 3 - 4 working days. It is more than a week but the connection is still not established. On contacting Engineer he keeps on telling that the connection will be in place. Many times he even do not pickup the call from my side.

I am really very much dissatisfied with the kind of service provided to me. If this is kind of service which I am getting before I take the connection than after I start using the Reliance Broadband service it would be even worst.

Reliance — Customer Executive

Reliance custumer service is worst service amongst all others, their executives are always rude and they doesnt advise properly and and they give wrong information

am fed up of this many of times they charged for unnecessarily, i have been charged for twice the message renewal pack
