Lot of problems occuring like mosquito, rats, mice and many insects are entering our house because people in opposite house and other tresspassers throwing garbage like wet waste and dry waste next to our house .we have 3.5 year old baby and old aged parents who are vulnerable to infections..please treat this with high priority and get this actioned at the earliest.

Hello BBMP team,

I see the street light in front of house number 1057 on 5th A Main, 1st Stage, 4th Block HBR Layout, Bengaluru 43 is not been attended for almost an year. In absence of street light, we have encountered rogue behaving badly with people and bike thieves trying to snatch the chains, bags, phones and valuables. Hence, please address this issue immediately.

Rajkaluve near Adur Rampura is blocked and overflowing casing bas smell to near by residents. A lot of mosquitos are also breeding die to that making it health hazard.

Sub: Thin Plastic covers usage and improper garbage segregation/management by hotels, veg shops, mutton/chicken shops

General Complaint
Thin Plastic covers still in prevalence especially in small shops (mutton/chicken shops) and garbage segregation/management is not done properly by certain hotels, veg shops, mutton/chicken shops etc.

A few hotels and mutton/chicken shop dump their waste by the side which is a private road/property. Especially when there is delay in collection by BBMP and on holidays it gets piled up with bad smell.

This is just one example which has been noticed. Strict action against a few of these owners to be taken so that others will start following norms 100%
Though the owners claim owner ship of private lands and private roads by putting a board, keeping in clean & safe for public is not a priority.

Pollution control board should cancel license or action to be taken under Shops and Establishment act.

Unbearable sound is made by garbage collecting autos by playing songs. Unbearable disturbance

Hi team,

This is in regards to the road construction in Amarjyothi Layout Ashwath Nager 2nd cross Durgamba road Bangalore 560045.

Its been more than 4 months the road is under construction. The Road construction work was started and stopped in between. This is affecting the vehicle Tyres and the people walking.

It is observed that surrounding roads if my area are done with new road.

Please take care of this road put a tar or concrete layer. Kindly take care of your citizens living in this area.

Not sure if there is any influence from any one which is leading not to make the new road in my area.

Road is in very bad condition and horrible to walk in the road. It has become dangerous to ride bikes.

Because of road condition the Ola Ubers stop at the Start of the lane. We will have to walk all the way to the end of the road as our house is at the end of the lane.

We are facing lot of inconvenience due to the bad condition of road.

Requesting for a quick action to be taken.

I'm a resident in 3rd B cross Doddenakundi,
The garbage collection person here does not follow any standard time, it ends up making me wait for almost an hour to keep checking if he has come. He whistles only when he is about to leave from a place after he has collected some garbage from the big flats, which pay him extra regularly. Rest of the normal residents are always facing this trouble. My friends who work night shift, have to again wake up in a few hours if they want to dispose it timely.

Please help to resolve this. I have lived in multiple other cities and never had to face such an experience with garbage disposal.
Please atleast help to set up wet and dry bins at certain places where we can throw it in other times as well.

I am a resident of 6th B cross, Banday colony, Annayappa layout, Geddalahalli, Bangalore -560094. In front of our house there is a vacant site ( corner site ) which is now completely filled with plants and many people dumping waste over there. Site owner doesn't care to clean the site and we too don't know owner details or contact number. It is a terrible situation to neighbors. Because of wet waste dumped there more rodents and mosquitoes problem started . Please take action on site owner and also on people who dumping waste over there .

There is always traffic jam between 7:30 am to 8:15 am near Orchids Schools, Bellandur. Parents park their vehicles on the main road and walk the kids to the school. This causes lot of disturbance to general public, especially who are also driving their kids to school during the same time. Also, it is observed that post drop, some of the parents drive in the opposite direction in the same lane, causing lot of inconvenience and traffic jam to other fellow drivers. Request you to kindly look into this issue.

The turning of 29th Main to Puttenahalli underpass at JP Nagar 6th Phase adjacent to One Upon a Bottle liquor shop is always full of garbage. Map location attached for reference. It is never cleared fully. It has become a public dump and pedestrians cannot turn onto the Outer Ring Road. This problem has always been there despite several attempts to get it cleared. Children from many schools have to walk across this smelling garbage to get to their bus stop. It is a lane with heavy traffic with those who do not take the underpass. Avoiding walking too close to the garbage puts us at risk of traffic accidents.

Driving license KA53 [protected] not delivered after lapse of 3months after approval. Parivahan sewage application status shows that it is despatched. Please deliver to the address. When I enquired with RTO Jaya nagar, they told that it has been despatched.
Therefore please take necessary action and deliver my DL to
D1104, Mantri Tranquil, Gubbalala main road, Bengaluru, Karnataka at the earliest.

There is road construction being done in my area and the work is ongoing for almost a month now. The contractor here are saying that roads would be built for all the lanes in my area except for my lane. The contractors don't talk anything about why my lane will not be built. I have tried speaking to them but they don't say anything and just walk away.

Dear Sir,

I, Kanakaraj, S/O. Muniswamy, aged 69, residing at House No.185, Mahalingeshwara badawane, Adugodi, past 30 years. I am working as daily wages, painting houses, security guard for a private college. I have five daughters, educated and arranged marriage for four by earning by daily wages, and still looking for alliance for my last daughter.

Background of the issue:

1. I was residing house no.185 till April-2022, it was a very old sheet house. I had applied for government loan scheme to reconstruct this house. The loan got sanctioned in April-2022 and the old sheet house was demolished by the government contract labours to reconstruct. Now the contractor completed the foundation, pillar, constructing the house till slab or window stage. The contractor working on building the slab concrete, staircase.

2. However my neighbor House No.171, Mr. Praveen Kumar, S/o. Pushparaj making on issue, fighting, shouting, abusing language at the government contract labours and not allowing them to continue the construction of government aided house.

3. On August 06, 2022, Saturday, Mr. Vinod Kumar, elder son of Pushparaj, developed an argument with my wife and daughters, when I was not at house. Kept on quarreling and fighting Mr. Vinod Kumar damaged the construction work, concrete materials.

4. In the first week of July-2022, all the three sons of Mr. Pushparaj, i.e. Mr. Vinod Kumar, Mr. Praveen Kumar and Mr. Naveen kumar went on fighting with the government contract labours and stopped the foundation work. However, asking others, elders and neighbors, explaining the fact and managed to continue the construction.

5. On August 12, 2022, Friday, the BBMP filed officers came to our site place basis the compliant launched by S/o. Pushparaj. The field officers have done the measurement and confirmed that, my site, House No. 185 and reconstruction is happening as per the Hakka Pathra or Registration Certificate, which is 15 x 17 Ft. However, Mr. Praveen Kumar S/o. Pushparaj shouting the on the labour and not allowing the construction forcefully and violently.

6. And further, the BBMP field officers confirmed that, Mr. Pushparaj, House No. 171 measurement of built in area is not as per the Hakku Pathra, have occupied the public street and dairy compound sewage water line also.

7. Mr. Pushparaj, House No. 171 measurement is 23.5 x 15.5 Ft. as per Hakku Pathra; however, their built in area is 35.5 x 21 Ft.

Enclosed here with a portrait of my house, my neighbor house, streets and measurements for your kind reference.

1. My house / site is in the corner of the streets between east-west and south-north and the measurement is 15*17 respectively, which is exactly matching with the scale mentioned in the “Hakku Pathra” registration certificate issued by the govt. authority.

2. Mr. Praveen kumar house is off the street of south-north and parallel to my corner house. Therefore the street south-north in between Mr. Pushparaj and my house. The south-north street begins and end till Mr. Pushparaj house by width of 4.8 Feet, However Mr. Pushparaj occupied 2 Feet of the public street and 2 Feet at Daily Compound sewage water line. The ground floor slab and first floor balcony covers the rest of 2.8 Feet of the complete street.

3. Therefore the public street in between my house and Mr. Pushparaj house became narrow, i.e. 2.8 Feet, the common people unable to walk through easy and unable to carry any small house hold things through the street.

4. The has been discussed with Mr. Pushparaj F/o. Praveen kumar when they were constructing their house approximate 10 years back, to leave space for walking passage, i.e. 4.8 Feet as begins the south-north street, and requested not to cover the complete street by the ground floor slabs, first floor the balcony, and construction.

5. All the nearby house elders asked the same to Mr. Pushparaj, However, They denied to remove the 2 Feet of the public street occupation, However, agreed to remove the ground floor slabs, first floor balcony, and construction, which is covering the complete street, i.e. 2.8 Feet, when we reconstructing the old house.

6. Now, we are reconstructing my house aided by government scheme, in the wall beside the street of south-north, could not keep any windows because of Mr. Pushparaj ’s illegal construction and occupation of the public street and there should be no ventilation, air, light to my house which is completely blocked by Mr. Pushparaj ’s illegal construction and occupation of the public street

7. Now, all the three sons of Mr. Pushparaj developing one another issues, arguments and not allowing us or the government contract labours to construct our house aided by government scheme and the stair case.

REQUEST HEREWITH:

Hence, we are requesting you to take action, to remove the illegal construction of 2 feet on the public street and 2.8 Feet of the ground floor slab, first floor balcony, constructions, which covers the complete street.
I am the only man, aged 69 at home residing with my daughter and wife, unable to speak, explain this issue with Mr. Pushparaj and his following three sons, which becomes a very big quarrel and fight:
1. Mr. Vinod Kumar
2. Mr. Praveen Kumar
3. Mr. Naveen Kumar

Requesting your kind intervention and immediate action to enable constructing my house which is government aided with proper ventilation, air, light.

Dear Sir,

I am a daily commuter in the Dr. Punith Rajkumar road. Commuters are facing massive problems due to the uneven road in Kadarenahalli Underpass. Due to the bad roads, the other day a biker fell and was badly injured. Request you to look into this issue and solve it as soon as possible.

Raja kaluve adjacent to 9th E cross, Kamakya layout, bsk 3rd stage, 5th block, Bengaluru 560085, overflows when ever little heavy rains occur.
This causes flooding of the road and the water comes close to the gate. Further this water may enter the house, flood the water sump, This is causing problems to the residents of this area. Urgent action is required to address this promlem

We see overflow of water from primary channel ( Raja kaluve ) in 9 th E cross kamakya layout.

When ever it's raining we see water just overflows from walls as well as gutters into the roads .we find extremely difficult to handle this situation as there are insects and earthworms even snakes carried by this water into the roads .

If it rains a little heavier all chances we see water entering houses .

We request bbmp the kindly address this issue as soon as possible, since it might just be bigger problem if postponed as it's rainy season.
