With reference to garbage dumping on the main road and under the skywalk.notified to manager says do not have land to dump.so harassing the people staying in residential area. Request to your commissioner to come and visit just one day and stay which we suffer every day

BBMP has issued a letter dated 15.11.21 regarding re-assessment of tax for the years[protected] yrs) for change of zone and to pay the difference together with interest & penalty.

First and foremost, the language of the letter is atrocious with words like "escapement", "evaded tax". Such words paint everyone as guilty for defaulting on tax payment and deliberately 'escaping' & 'evading' even when the payments have been made promptly every year.

Wonder where is the question of guilt when the taxes for the four years in question have been paid promptly either by obtaining challan from BBMP office or through online? When the zones were revised, the onus is on the BBMP to update its database to reflect the same with the corresponding tax amounts, so the correct tax is paid. Now to hold the honest tax-payer guilty & levying exorbitant penalty & a steep 24% interest for no fault is, to say the least, unfair & unethical.

Request BBMP to show compassion & reconsider the matter in view of the prevailing hard times and implement the revision with effect from 2022-23.

PS: By the way, the revised computation in the letter does not show the deduction of 5% rebate.

Here are the details:

Old tax under 'D' Zone: 3640.32 x 4 yrs = 14561.28 + Cess @ 24% = 3494.72, Total = 18, 056.00

Revised tax under 'C' Zone: 4853.76 x 4 yrs = 19415.04 + Cess @ 24% = 4659.61, Total = 24, 074.65

Difference: 24074.65-18056.00 = 6018.66

Plus penalty (double of due amt): 6018.66*2 = 12037.32

Total: 6018.66+12037.32 = 18055.99

The garbage is collected at irregular timings.

Hi Sir/Madam,
There is lot of irritating noise is being made while dust garbage/collecting team comes to our areas in morning times. They blow unlimited times of whistle on every cross which disturbs many people sleep (not everyone wakes up early), it causes disturbance to online classes and people working from home, ill patents etc.

The same vans used to come with pleasant music/songs few years ago which was not an issue at all but from last 2 year this continuous whistle noise is causing lot of noise. If it is adequate or limited then no issue. With minimal sound everyone comes to know BBMP van has come and also they mostly come in the same time daily one who wish to give the dust they do anyway (and few others who pour dust on roads it is difficult for us to change them anyway!).

Kindly inform this to the collecting team to blow limited whistle or introduce music system to play Kannada songs and help us with pleasant environment in our areas which all come under your scope.

I live in(2nd cross, 2nd block, soonangi layout, R S Palya, Hamunathappa road) and the people in the neighborhood are dumping their garbage on the road, on our lane. There is a big pile of garbage dumped there and creates lots of bad smell. Many rats and mosquitoes breed here because of the dump accumulated on the middle of the road. I kindly request you to consider this complaint and fix this issue as soon as possible before it becomes a garbage dump yard for the locality. I'm attaching an image I took just now to show you as a proof.

Garbage not collected on regular basis on Kanakapura Main Road Bimal Automobiles near JP Nagar Metro Station.
In spite of there demand for money to collect the Garbage is met on a regular basis, the irregularities are at its peak.
Please the concerned are to intervene and resolve the same.

Please look into the pot holes which are created in the ward no 129 main road from agastya vidyaniketan school, d group layout via Arun ice cream via annapoorneshwarinagar to bda complex. The road has been damaged severely.its very difficult to commute. We have witnessed many people including aged, children, women falling down, serious accidents happening.
This has to be addressed immediately before something serious happens.

I stay in LBS Nagar in HAL, in front of my house there’s a lot of garbage thrown and is not being collected.

Please do the needful.

Hi,

I want to bring this to your notice that, there is no proper timing to pick up the garbage in my area, i have to wait for the pick up guys just to put the wet waste there is no proper timing and even if they come they are in so rush that they don't want to wait even for 20secs, and when I keep the garbage down it's not picked up.

Today at 8AM I kept the garbage down near my gate, even after 11AM the garbage is not picked and the dogs have spoilt it.

Could you please look into this on priority.

The road in front of my house has been dug 20 days ago for Jio / Airtel optic fiber by BBMP and has been left unclosed since then, which is causing lot of inconvenience to us. Keeping in mind the safety o[censored]s and the neighbors, I request you to kindly take actions to close the dug area as soon as possible.

I would like to draw your kind attention towards the pathetic state of roads in our area. It’s been more than 60days and we keep on raising complaints again & again, why don’t you people consider we as humans and come and have a look at the streets which we are surviving, it’s not only being hard to adults even school kids and old age people are also facing problems, we are not even able to walk on the street. Please it’s my humble and heartfelt request for our sincere Kudlu BBMP ward

This is regarding Ridiculous Roads Maggad Layout 1st and 2nd Cross. I have been raising this in the BBMP compliments portal. If you want proof regarding this you can search by my mobile number which is [protected].
I have been raising this with Shiva Kumar ([protected]), Shantha Kumar ([protected]), Potresh ([protected]) and a couple of other officials.
no one responded regarding this.
Problemas we are facing.
1. More than 200 households are living in this area including me. We don't have a government water supply. We all depend on Tanket water for what we are paying from our pockets even though we are paying Property taxes every year even during COVIED time we did not skip.
2. Now tanker guys are also telling us we will not come to your area due to Ridiculous Roads. If at all they come we will have to pay 5times extra compared to normal.
3. Even daily garbage auto is not coming due to the road. We have spoken to almost all the people mentioned above.
I have not seen a positive response from a single person. Those people are telling. come to our office which is in Bommanahalli in your area.

i have cctv camera footage captured for throwing construction thrash near my factory entrance in kaveripura ward 103 area i want raise complaint against them and know the house from where it came from 15 days over they are not cleared pls help

Garbage collection auto is not shown from many days in my area. Kindly resolve the issue where we need to dispose our waste.

I hold a pharmacy in jayanagar by name Anand medicals, #989 shree kshetra complex 39th cross 27th a main jayanagar 9th block 560069. daily night while going to home i keep my dry waste dust bin outside my store as the garbage collector pass early morning before i reach my store which i ussually 10.00 oclock since 2-3 days some one is littering and throwing away the waste on side before i reach my shop and bbmp person (garbage collector) has to swipe it from road and dump into vehicle. today the garbage collector dint even collect it from road side may be due to not having enough space to clean because it is friday today and there are some road side wendors who put there stall very early in the morning due to not having enough space to clean. i request bbmp to get it cleaned bcoz as we are into a pharmacy there are many patients coming and waiting for there medicines and requirement due to rain and garbage may be mosquitos may cause health hazards

The Uttarahalli Main Road entire stretch extremely worst conditions with pot holes, raised man holes and bad foot paths. Makes very difficult for citizens driving especially 2-wheelers. This will lead to accidents and traffic jams. Request the concerned department to undertake repair works on priority. Thanks & regards
